Football in Oslo

Hi there,

I'm visiting Oslo from 12th - 14th May and plan to go to the Valerenga - Lillestrom match. Is this game likely to be moved for television and how easy/hard is it to obtain tickets and how would one go about doing so?

Thanks in advance.

It's kinda uncertain if it'll be moved, but if so, probably just to later the same day. Vålerenga games are never sold out, so shouldn't be any problem getting a ticket. Can get them at the gate. There's also some kinda Vålerenga shop you can get them from, shouldn't be hard to locate it if you want to buy the ticket in advance.

Thanks Jinxter. Flights all booked up now so it'll be handy if the games aren't moved. If so are there any other games taking place in and around Oslo on that date? I notice Lyn are away from home.

Just two more questions, do Vålerenga play in the Ullevaal or do they have their own stadium, and how much roughly are tickets for games in Norway.

Thanks again.

P.S Any contact details for the club? Their contact section doesn't seem to work.

Vålerenga doesn't have their own stadium, not had enough supporters to warrant it untill lately.

Their game against LSK will be televised, so set time and date is friday 12th of May, 6pm. Not sure what's up with a friday match, that's kinda uncommon here in Norway, but oh well.

The games between Valerenga and Lillestrøm are always intense and full of passion. Both team are known for their fighting skills.
