Competitions shouldn't be seperated by gender

Yes, I'm a huge supporter of gender equality.

When someone does not have the genetic requirements to compete at the top why create a seperate event for them?
There isn't any basketball for people <170cm or sprinting for white guys either.

Well, one could certainly make an argument that the props sports like archery and riding could be unisex.

Anything that requires muscle power still demands a seperation though.

I've never understood why they have male and female shooting.

I can certainly see why they have male shootings.

It's funny how whitey takes medals in shooting while blacks take the medals in running.

Not bigotting

Why not go the whole way and say even football should be unisex.

Anything that requires muscle and power should needs separating.

If Carlsberg did forum signatures......

Am surprised that a ginger took the long jump, good for him and the aspirations of those of fair skin in athletics

As for shooting, I don't trust white people with guns or in the forest, but am perfectly happy to fly with them. I guess we all have differing danger profiles

Equestrian events are already unisex. I agree with people here who think shooting and archery should be as well.

Hitman: That is taking it too far. Weightlifting is not à contact sport for exampel.

Sorry but supporting gender equality doesn;t mean you should necessarily support this. I was women's rights officer at my college (true story), but I definitely do not support mixed competition in many sports.
