PSV Summertime 2012

Interesting teams

Slask Wroclaw / slash your wrists with Johan Voskamp , former Vitesse man Dalibor Stevanovič and former Polish international Sebastian Mila

Benfica who'll probably be just in their first week of training lol

and during their winter break, Velez Sarsfield.
Maybe an idea for Feyenoord to get some elite South American sides to de Kuip instead of the boring Sunderlands of this world

Depends on the entourage for me.

If it's on a cow field in Austria, even against a good side, I won't bother. Same with Sunderland away.

If it's away to Sporting CP or Benfica on their fan day, it's worth watching even if we Dutch sides lose.

No more Velez Sarsfield.

Instead its Bilbao who will be taking place in the summer tournament in Poland. No less interesting though

Ive also heard good things about Bosnia, especially the Mostar region and Sarajevo.

Yeah mate Budva

Whats wrong with 3 weeks? Just chilling at the seaside, relaxing clubbing etc.
I was born in Belgrade but my mom comes from a small village in Croatia(around Knin) and my father from a small village in Bosnia(around Kladusa). They lived in Belgrade before we came to Holland. As for Mostar region I think its overrated IMO but to be honest Bosnia is a beautifull country, as are most countries in ex-Yu. Dont know bout Macedonia because I have never been there but Slovenia is nice, Croatia is beautifull(the Lika and the coastal regions, dont like the North though). Serbia is beautifull in the east.

Oh no, theres nothing wrong with 3 weeks I would love to go there for that amount of time. Its just most people dont stay that long in Budva that i know.

Ive only been to Serbia (Sumadija region) out of the other ex-yugo countries and it is more beautiful than Macedonia on the whole. That said Macedonia does have its spots of natural beauty but most are mainly involving mountains and Ohrid of course. Macedonian cities alm:

I would like to do an ex-yugo tour once though

Why do I read this three days late?

Anyway, thanks for the news...

Other confirmed friendlies so far for you.

July 4th - AZSV - PSV (Aalten)
July 7th - Nuenen - PSV (Nuenen)
July 17th - FC Eindhoven - PSV (Eindhoven)

AZSV are playing in Eerste Klasse (5th level), Nuenen in Hoofdklasse (4th level) but still playing playoffs for a spot in Topklasse.

Quite remarkable you play in Aalten as that's in 'de Achterhoek', De Graafschap territory. Nuenen is close to EHV.

The JC Schaal will be played on the 5th of August in the ArenA (as always) against Ajax.

So a summary of our pre-season games thus far:

July 4th - AZSV - PSV (Aalten)
July 7th - Nuenen - PSV (Nuenen)
July 15th - RC Genk - PSV (Genk)
July 17th - FC Eindhoven - PSV (Eindhoven)
July 21st-22nd - Polish Masters Tournament (Wroclaw)
August 5th - Ajax - PSV (Amsterdam)

A great collection of away games thus far

More exciting than usual tbh

The first training session will be held on July 1st.

Dick will be in presence but the internationals will get another week off iirc.

Its a good thing that Poland, Sweden and the Dutch got knocked out of the EC early on for PSV.

Our first friendly kicks off in a few hours whilst we will also be making yet another trip to Germany on the 29th of July to face those commie bastards FC Union Berlin

Their stadium resembles an Eredivisie style one.

Nah the commie bastards in that area are Babelsberg, anyway lovely friendly for your fans against a very sympathic club, a nice weekend trip to Berlin. Pity PSV-fans in general don't travel that much.

The story about their stadium is a nice one --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_1HQ_7Sl5o .

Immer wieder Eisern Union!
