Well, what can I say... let's just look at the facts. Remember in the first or second round many amateurs are still in too.
Since our last cup victory in 2004 this has been our first match draw:
2004/2005 - NAC (away)
2005/2006 - Elinkwijk (away)
2006/2007 - AGOVV (home)
2007/2008 - Feyenoord (away)
2008/2009 - Ajax (away)
2009/2010 - Groningen (home)
2010/2011 - De Graafschap (away)
2011/2012 - De Graafschap (away)
2012/2013 - Ajax (home)
2013/2014 - Den Bosch (home)
So indeed, it's PSV's turn this season... :rollani:
NAC have drawn again an away match, they always play away in the cup, unbelievable.
I thought theyd do it so eredivisie sides cant face eachother in opening round. Seems a waste of a potential big money making tie for one of the tiny clubs
Yesterday Kozakken Boys were the first to qualify for the second round. They did beat Stormvogels'28 7-0, Berry Powel scored some goals while Harrie Gommans played as sweeper for Stormvogels!

As expected most amateurs got easily beaten, Groningen even scored eight in Emmeloord!
However Cambuur seem to be choking at home versus Scheveningen :howler:, they're in extra time now, still goalless. Scheveningen are with one less on the pitch.
Also WR's prediction is still possible, 0-0 just into the 2nd half.
Yup, Necid scored an early goal and during the first fifteen minutes PEC were clearly the better side.
After the goal VVV grew into the game, got more posession but not the best chances. In the second half VVV subtituted defenders for attackers and scored a goal in the last second of the game, but disallowed. Still don't know why.
Anyway overall PEC are just the better side. VVV didn't create a clear chance whole the game while PEC just cruised and didn't do too much. That says it all.
OT: PEC took the Wealdstone Raider banner with them .
