2012/13 Eredivisie winter transfers and rumours

PSV are looking for a midfielder.

The bottom sides will probably look to get someone on loan. I think Mokotjo could be a player Feyenoord could send on loan to some club.

Kelvin Leerdam is obviously available.
So are Manolev, Vukovic, Engelaar and Nijland but it's unlikely that someone will want them

and the latest rumour is that Krylia Sovetov Samara are interested in Jens Toornstra is he more sophisticated than the other Haagse vrienden?
Samara had more money in the past when Koller was around.

I wouldnt be surprised if someone is in for Manolev.

Hes done really well for Bulgaria since the start of the qualifiers and really wants to leave as well.

Engelaar on a Bosman to Vitesse in the summer is my guess Whilst no chance in us selling Nijland and Vukovic.

I wonder what type of midfielder we will get if any.

Djuricic is a hot commodity and lost of clubs interested while it is almost certain that he will leave either this winter of summer.

Meanwhile Nemanja Gudelj will move during the winter for 99%. Fiorentina has allready stated that they will be back while AZ and Twente have also expressed their interest. NAC by the way need to sell to get out of their financial disaster. AZ is by the way also interested in Nikola Djurdjic, a 26 year old striker who has been on fire as of late in Sweden and Norway, scoring over 30 goals in 30 games in Swedish competition and EL, they have loads of competition because Roma, Udinese and AC Milan are interested as well.

Another club that will be robbed of their stars is Heracles. Armenteros wants to move to the Dutch top or abroad, he wont extend his contract so Heracles will be looking to get something for him. Overtoom as well while there are some others as well(dont know who exactly but important players). Heracles will see a huge drop in quality after the winter, or summer just like Heerenveen this year.

NEC linked with Frank Demouge..

Only Udinese could be serious for that Helsingborg striker though, unless he wants to be 10th striker at those other clubs.

Lol, Demouge back at NEC. His English adventure not going according to plan?

PSV will still struggle to get rid off their dead wood. I can only see Engelaar going, but that's because they will give him a golden handshake then.

Demouge and the other Dutchie who went to the same club are both warming the bench. Starter in Eredivisie is warming the bench in the third English league, wtf..

Demouge has been injured for a long time. He's only just come back iirc and Bournemouth's new manager might not be willing to play him.

Villa apparently coming back to the Netherlands for some imports again!
Siem De Jong was the last name I heard...

Tottenham don't need De Jong, they've already got a lot of striker-midfielders!

Yeah, would be a strange move for Spurs with Sigurdsson and Dempsey just bought this summer.

Villa could use him. Benteke and Siem de Jong behind. Bent to be sold to Pool or something

Shame Villa wouldn't be able to get such a good player. It would be an exaggerated version of Ron Vlaar where he would be in fact taking a step-down.
No way De Jong would come to a struggling BPL team over a Champions League team...

Lindgren back to Groningen.

Press conference at 14:30

Hopefully a long term contract. I really can't imagine Groningen giving one of their former best players a measly 6 month contract.

Good player for Groningen. Surprised that he was released by Red Bull. Still only 28.

With the prospect of losing their attackers in the summer, Heracles have got a young Czech on loan for the next 6 months.
Wonder how they find such guys though - 3rd division

Marcel Meeuwis is training with Willem II

while FC Twente have a young Serbian striker on trial, also from the 3rd division.

Steve also wants David McGoldrick, a 24 year old Irish forward owned by Forest and on loan at Coventry City

McGoldrick?! What on Earth for??
He'd be good perhaps for NEC who need a striker but not Twente...

Maybe he can earn some extra cash with that transfer. Even with all the money in the world available they still want more. Last season he also got J.John and Verhoek and hardly used them.

Verhoek who seems to have lifted more on Boeli than Boeli did on him btw. At least the latter still performs when needed at the bigger clubs.

To be honest Twente do need a striker. Castaignos has not been doing well, expected him to do much better and Bulykin is a good striker of the bench and second choice but not good enough for the position that Twente is aspiring to be in.

They spent 6 or 7 million on Luc though he for sure won't be dropped

There was some talk about them wanting Djuricic

I know they have a good financial situation and are one of the healthiest clubs in Holland but where the hell do they get the cash from?

Maybe anticipating on a leave of Chaldi. On a Twente forum they are quite sure Djuricic is coming next season, they also think Verbeek is going to be the next coach, with McClaren leaving in the summer.
