2011/12 Eredivisie winter transfers & rumours

Vitesse is looking at Mike Havenaar as a potential signing. His contract will expire after the season and Bony of course will be out for the Africa Cup this winter. Havenaar only lost his Dutch passport after spending most of his life in Japan now and representing them, so it will make him less attractive for the European market, but still affordable for a club like Vitesse.

Can't you keep on extending it regardless? just wondering about the folks with double nationalities in Australia and Canada

and yep, they'll need a new striker for sure next season too. Can't imagine Bony staying at Vitesse unless they qualify for Europe and really are title contenders next season

Some countries dont allow two citizenships/passports.

Japan is one of them iirc

What kind of a club do you guys think Bony could move to? Wolves, WBA or higher?

That would make sense then if Japan doesn't allow it and yep logical to pick them too as he obviously plays for them but also lives there.

A better club I think with a bit of luck. Maybe something Russian. Only have to look at Doumbia at CSKA Moscow.

I saw that Vitesse was hoping/expecting 15M+ for Bony. Not sure if they can get that kind of money. Only Russia and England can and will afford that kind of money, but in England not clubs like Wolves or WBA.

Mmm yeah with Russia being the more likely of the two.

I thought Doumbia was a good player though? One of CSKA's best?

Heres an interview with Mike Havenaar btw: http://www.goal.com/en/news/596/excl...ayer-i-felt-i-

Hveen also have a few regulars with contracts running out. What ever happened to Janmaat? Has he just stagnated? We need a RB to come in next season to replace Manolev.

Theres mostly good news for Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord. Good opportunities to get rid of dead wood. Twente and AZ have some players that would be a blow if they left.

Van Geel's given all those players a deadline to extend their contract (Dec 1).

If they don't , there could be severe consequences. Schaken not extending his contract = no me in de Kuip next season

Some really suprising names on the list like Poulsen, Holman, Andersson, Verhoek, Junker.

Regular starters and important players for their teams.

Schone is probably leaving because he didnt want to extend his contract. PSV have already offered Labyad a new contract but he didnt agree on the lenght, Im pretty sure this will be solved.

@White Rabbit Im not so convinced by Jan Maat but getting him on a free and letting Manolev go wouldnt be so bad, but we also have Atiba wholl probably play at RB when he gets back

Well the good news is that you will get rid of youre keepers, Dani F. and Swerts.

A few guys like Schaken, Mokotjo, Ramsteijn and Schekenveld are decent players for you guys. Would be surprised to see any of them leave.

Im pretty sure i read that AZ were going to sell both Holman and Poulsen if they didnt agree to a contract extension by Jan.

Yeah, we tried to sign Labyad up for another 5 years but we still have a 2 year option which is in his current contract. It will all work out. Bouma's contract also needs to be extended. The rest of the PSV'ers can leave if they want to. I wonder whats going to happen to Wuytens and Ojo though, im pretty sure at least one of them will get an extension.

On Janmaat, im pretty sure anyone is better than Manolev tbh. We were interested in Ronnie Stam in the summer so considering that is Janmaat that much of a step down? Not too many other Dutch options. Boula perhaps but thats it.

Twente want to get some publicity by giving the Iranian ballgrabber a tryout

Wonder what position he plays and if he's any good.

Which player is that?

All their exotic signings have been flops so far.

one of the guys on here. I guess the squeezer.

Vitesse btw want Vormer and maybe in the winter already. That would suck for us as we obviously can't spend anything.

Welcome back Ali B, decent start!

Another player coming back it seems, our good friend Reis will apparently sign with Vitesse until the end of the season.

Yep, its official. Reis signed a contract with Vitesse until the summer.

Mainly to repalce Bony while hes at the ACN. PSV didnt think he was in a good enough physical state. I hope he proves us wrong but tbh the guy cant have any hostile feelings towards us what so ever.
