The champion: where will the party be in april/may?

The fight for the red lantern is on and many teams involved. The race for the championship is pretty much a race with just two teams left, cause the third team involved forget to fill the tank. So making the same amount of pitstops as the other two.

Most people say PSV will win it (again...), cause they have the experience of doing it many times before this century. That's why people want Twente to win it. Eventhough that would mean another team from the province winning it.

Code:
1. PSV 20 16 4 0 52 47-13
2. FC Twente 20 16 4 0 52 40-15
3. Ajax 20 13 4 3 43 56-17

On one hand I'd ****ing hate it if psv win, on the other hand I'd probably never hear the end of it if Twente win the league so I'll choose option 3

Twente have to go to Ajax (on Sunday) and then PSV later in the season (20 March).
So I've got to go for PSV, boring as it is.
Twente might be unbeaten but not win the title?!?!

We already see that in your avatar. :smileani:

With just 8 points lost so far by both leaders I can't see the Judoka's current or former team winning it.

Heracles in Europe would be interesting though. Apparently Everton's not gonna be offered a new contract as his wages are too high and there's more.
That said things start early nowadays so instead of losing 6-0 to Valencia in September, it'll now be the end of July

PSV to win the league btw but wouldn't mind seeing Twente do it. At least PSV would have more chance of qualifying for the main CL tournament in the qualifiers.

First vote for Twente is in. I believe! Sure PSV is PSV, consistent and boring, but I feel Twente has the team and coach to make an upset.

To even include ajax in this poll is preposterous btw. No chance whatsoever I'm afraid guys. Maybe next season though.

Possible though.

Fatty needs to try the stair training himself, he might get an epiphany.

Seriously though, without Suarez and De Zeeuw, they'd be Heracles.

so would we without Vlaar p but at least our youngsters seem to have more talent. They only have that RB and other than that, not much coming through and with Vd Boog turning on the screws when it comes to spending, it looks like we could have an advantage there certainly if they again fail to qualify for the CL.

Well to be fair, they could have some talents there. I doubt Castillion can be worse than Pantelic for example.

But our handicap could definitely turn into our advantage as quite a few youngsters are gaining invaluable experience instead of the Bruno Bastos' of this world.

Heracles 2 in action tonight.

0-0 against Roda at home, HT though, so they might still scrape a goal. But if these guys have a shot at the title, we might as well add AZ to the poll.

Yeah, Suarez is the only one likely to make a difference, but Roda almost hit them on the counter a few times. Also got screwed on a crucial off side ball.

And the day Ajax signed Pantelic is the day they stopped being serious about football. If you've read what I've written about this guy through the years, you wouldn't even expect RKC to sign him.

Engelaar just scored a nice goal for PSV, curled it into the top corner for a 2-1 lead against Utrecht, Twente also up 1-0 in their derby.

WOW, Riot!!! :eekani:

Second penalty, flag was up, although no offside, but De Jong handled the ball before making his move and Roda were furious, De Fauw off also, Trost tried to physically attack Nijhuis.

And yeah Junker..no real striker would have missed that..

In the long run i think PSV have a slight advantage seeing as Twente have had no injuries this season apart from one week ago where they drew to both Utrecht and Groningen. Also they were lucky in their draw against us earlier in the season and the fact that they have to play us and that team from Amsterdam away makes it difficult for them.

At the moment i do believe they have a slight advantage seeing as they have bounced back from their dissapointing results better than psv. Perfect time for them to play Ajax this weekend i reckon.
