Singapore 0-0 Malaysia

Laos 2-2 Brunei, seems like a good one this, only saw at the end the players had a riff-raff in the field.

Indonesia 6-0 Cambodia, great way to start the tourney from the host nation.

That should be a walkover. There are no serious footballing sides in group B. All are in Group A

Lex Immers - Pace & power. Holland's #1 box to box player

Feyenoord forum - the place to talk about this phenomenon

Some of the Indonesian supporters are very badly behaved. They are very lousy host.....

No sporting behaviours, even the Malaysian national anthem are not respected / booed, if the Turks are being treated like this I'm sure they will start a full scale war with the Indonesians...

Uncivilised behaviours at its best

I guess they'll blame it on the incidents in Kuala Lumpur when Malaysian fans pointed at Indonesia's players eyes with green lasers.

and Turkey has nothing to say on that matter after the treatment Switzerland's players got literally getting beaten after winning a game

Yeah, let's start the blame game. Just look for one scapegoat to justify the actions no matter how unreasonable it is :rollani:

I do feel that the fans' behaviour in booing national anthems distasteful. They did it against every opponent as well in this tournament. More uneducated than anything I guess.. Apart from that, I think they behaved quite well, ie. no firecrackers/throwing things to the field..

Sad events with the stampede before the game which led to 2 deaths.

When are the next serious games for Indonesia btw?
yes there's one more world cup qualifier maybe burger king can make his debut there! as well as some of the other newly naturalized players as well as some of the better players from the u23 side (the Papuan guys....Bambang and Gonzales can't go on forever)

but after that...

October 2012: the next Suzuki Cup

AFC Asian Cup qualifiers for the main tournament which is in 2015 when the hell do the qualifiers start?

World Cup qualifiers for 2018

It's a bit of a long wait between now (ok 1 game in Feb vs Bahrain) and October 2012, then between October 2012 and the next Suzuki Cup in 2014.

That's what troublemakers from all sides always do. Always find a reason to start something and off course are always the victim.

Yeah, hopefully Wim Rijsbergen would try some of these U23 players. The Papuans and left back Diego could be useful for the senior NT imo.

Seedings for the Asian Cup qualifier should be somewhere end of this year I think. Mid 2012 lower ranked countries will compete in the preliminary rounds, and the whole qualifier will kick-off in 2013. I could only hope that our FA would use the international calendars for friendlies, unlike in the past..

I've seen Beukering play btw He's back in Pelita Jaya, played an AM role behind 2 strikers (Malaysia's Safee Sali and Greg Nwokolo) from what I saw. Greg was one of the recently naturalized players. Pelita also have Victor Igbonefo, so maybe they'll try to make an all-naturalized indonesian team or something, lol.

The new league already started in October, before pausing for SEA Games. But guess what, I heard the breakaway league might come back again (I got dizzy just by reading the article yesterday )
