demolished the aussies, it was humiliating. when hawar tried to chip schwarzer like messi did at the copa i was in orgasm. if younis knew how to shoot, that scoreline would have looked like a massacre.
there was no grassrolling like hte oman game, so arnold cant use that as an excuse this time. there were a few elbows from the boys in gold.
i really wanted australia and iraq to go through together, but australia are really letting me down. if you're gonna keep playing kisnorbo you have problems. and even neil was made to look rubbish. disasterous.
Who goes through if teams finish on equal points? Say we smash the Thais (haha) and Oman beat Iraq, would goal difference come into it or head to head?

oh , what a fantastic performance has shown by Iraq .. of course was deserved result for them . the whole team looked as one unit .
Iraq MFs and FWs played easily .
I think Australia didn`t play well , especially their key players like Kewell and T.C .. that helped Iraqi team to control or at least they were more dangerous .
It's laughable we can still go through anyway. All we need is for Iraq to not lose and we win 1-0 and we go through, which we completely don't deserve.
Arnold and Kosmina leading us into our first tilt at the Asian Cup. Combined they have the tactical nous of an onion. :wallbang:

I thought at the start of this tournament. That australia is going to walk it.But that doesnt seem the case..
No doubt australia has the best players..but they are not playing up to their level..
Iraq deserved the win no doubt, but boy it's no wonder Asian football will never do anything on the world stage if the teams play act like Oman and Iraq have done.
Big call there Mussav to say Japan won't get through from that group, still might be possible though, will be hard for them to get past UAE and Vietnam.
