Sepahan win their first group game in Asian CL, beating Al Ittihad of Syria.

Other news. Daei banned for 4 matches, unfairly after a "headbutt" in Sapia-Persepolis game. Game ended 2-2 after a nice dive by Caha and repeated penalty after a miss.

Mahdavikia linked to E.Frankfurt.

Daei's suspension is reduced to 1 game for the time being.

If Esteghlal win their game on Friday they'll tie with Saipa on points. Zende bad Marfavi.

is Arie Haan still wobbling around ?

Lex Immers - Pace & power. Holland's #1 box to box player

Feyenoord forum - the place to talk about this phenomenon

Last I checked I think he was managing Cameroon.

Persepolis manager is now Mustafa Denizli.

ah yeah forgot he was at Cameroon. Remember now that he's already left them too

Other than Mustafa Denizli, anymore foreign managers in the Iranian league right now ? cos you guys have had quite a few Croatian coaches too leading your NT in the past

Augusto Inacio (Portuguese) at Foolad
Bonacic (Croatian) at Sepahan

Not that many, however Ali Daei is a player coach at Sepahan and Azizi is the manager at Aboomoslem. Hoepfully some of the players retiring now can get into coaching as Daei and Azizi have. Mehdi Pashazadeh is a youth team manager at Admira Wacker on top of playing at the club.

Shirin Faraze Kermanshah and Pegahe Guilan won their second leg games against Teraktorsazie Tabriz and Shahrdarie Bandar Abbas respectively and have qulaified to the Premier League. So good to have teams from Kerman and Kermanshah in the league.

Sayyar Vs. Enayat

It's all over in the press and television. Today watched the TV fight between these two ex-refs. I'm definitely on Sayyar's side. Enayat is wrong, like most of his team, in the refereeing team. Khosravi, Torki, Esfahanian, Moradi, ... unfortunately all suck. Mistake after mistake. I definitely condemn what the illiterate fans shout out at stadiums, but the referees are making bad mistakes. And can't they forget they were earning one tenth of what they're earning now, but they're still moaning.

Doc. Parvize Sayyar is a gentleman and wants the refereeing community to be clean. Eventhough the timing may be discussable, but it doesn't question the moral integrity of his act.
