Quetzalcoatl v Ghost World
Quetzalcoatl returned to losing ways in Gameweek 8 with a 3-1 defeat, while Ghost World recorded a convincing 4-0 win. The home side will be hoping Gerrard can overcome his midweek heartbreak, and that Eduardo can find his form in the absence of Robin Van Persie. As well as the formidable strike partnership of Abgonlahor and the returning Drogba, Ghost World can boast the second toughest defence in the league.
Mutu v mutu1875
Last season's Mutu Derbies proved to be dull affairs, with neither side able to score a goal at home or on the road. The visitors will be confident of a win given their form, and such a result could see Mutu slip back into the bottom 3. Joe Cole's return for Chelsea is a major fillip for Mutu, but he may be more concerned by his defence as they come up against mutu1875's 5-star striker Jermaine Defoe.
Sweet Daddy Dee v Jibril
This may seem like the perfect fixture for Sweet Daddy Dee after a 4-0 defeat, but Jibril's last two games have seen him take four points against two of the top 3. This fixture finished 3-2 last season, and the return leg saw a further six goals.
The Green One v SM Online
The hosts, sitting themselves in 10th place, welcome an SM Online side just outside the top four. TGO has only managed 8 goals all season - less than half the number scored by Fernando Torres and company - but his defence has conceded five goals fewer. He may feel he can capitalise on the melancholy mood amongst SMO's Liverpool throng, but he could have mercurial Brazilian Robinho to contend with as well.
JD v Est1975
JD's march towards the title hit a minor snag, with Jibril being only the second team to split the points with the leaders. Darren Bent could return to pair Louis Saha as JD looks to avoid a repeat of last season's 2-0 loss in this same fixture. Est1975 might hope David Bentley gets a run in the Spurs team after setting up 2 of Spurs' 9 goals last week, whereas Michael Essien's place in the Chelsea team seems assured after a brace against Wolves.
Hunter Lionheart v The Judge
Both sides who will be hoping for a good showing in Europe this week but, as challengers for the domestic top spot, this clash will surely be their priority. Hunter will have to contain hat-trick hero Francesco Totti when he faces AS Ripi, but he'll be glad to avoid Robin Van Persie. The Judge will have to try and beat Iker Casillas in his clash with Koeman while his own defence will hope Aaron Lennon doesn't reproduce his form from last week.
