Uri Malmilian the new Beitar coach?

Apparently Itzik Kornfine has made an offer for former Beitar legend Uri Malmilian to coach the club next season. Malimilian who was in the brilliant Beitar team of mid 80´s, had a very good spell with Hapoel Ashkelon promoting the southern team to Ligat Ha´Al next season.

IMO it will be a good bet for Beitar, someone who is identified with the club, not expensive and the fans will have patience with him to build the squad. Plus, Malmilian showed he has competence as coach.
Good move from Beitar.

Patience?
Beitar fans had little to no patience with Atar or Ohana.....

Personally...he is a legend, but i dont know if he can handle such a lucrative position
Although i miss our dear Napolean.....

True, Beitar fans are the least patient of all Israel, but see what happened at Maccabi Tel Aviv. Nimni was a legend as a player and as a coach was still unknown, but the fans had more patience with the team and they managed to support the team throughout the season and as a result we are in Europe.

With Malmilian it is even better because he is a Beitar legend and plus he has proved to be a good coach. And the main issue, Beitar has no money to spend on high payed coaches, Malmilian would be a good option.

The best choice Beitar could make!
Malmilian is deserving of this job and i am so optimsitic that he will make us a good team.
Malmilian is highly recomanded by every player who played under him, he succeded in every team he coached. He has high integruity,is hard working and is all ready admired by the Beitar players which will help his transition in to the job.

We have a good team,we have the fourth highest budget in the league,3 foriegn players are being monitored,we have a training camp almost locked and on the right date this year, we have a fitness coach from the begining of the season, and now we Malmilian(!!!!) is our coach, we are actually on the right track.

Beitar fans,or football fans for that matter, will never have pateince.
The important thing is if the board has patience, and i believe Kornfine has that patience to give to Malmilian.

p.s.

Wow, an interesting declaration here from Zohar. It seems he is highly respected among players afterall. But the truth is by the way he always is discrete in the media and by the way he conducted his teams we could see he is harworking and is professional.

I agree it will only make good for Beitar.

The last sentence is true though IMO. Do you agree with it?

Malmilian will have full support of everyone at Beitar. Don`t forget Uri is a fan favourite especially for the more older fans, before Eli Ohana he was the Beitar legend, he is identified with the team and he has proved to be a good coach.
