Whos better? Hapoel Tel Aviv or Maccabi Haifa?

Who do you think is better?

Maccabi Haifa - leaders of the Israeli League?

or

Hapoel Tel Aviv - winners of Group C in Europa League?

What, there is no option for beitar Jerusalem?

I think right now Hapoel Tel Aviv is better because winning there Europa league group has given them a lot of confidence, and they have a very good squad, there foreign players are way better than Maccabi's Haifa's, but I still think Maccabi Haifa will win the league.

Haifa, is a better team, but only by a little bit, Hapoel has better offensive players, afterall Haifa couldn't even score in the Champions league, they need better firepower if they want to make any noise in the Champions League next year.

Tough question. I believe both teams are very leveled at the moment. I would place it that way, Hapoel is playing the best football, Haifa is being more efficient.

Both teams are a level above the league and the standings show it clearly. Both teams have the two best strikers at the moment (Arbeitman and Shechter), best attacks, best defense, best football, best squads etc...

Both teams invest in the youth teams, or at least give chances for them to show their potential in the first team. At the moment i would say Hapoel Tel Aviv is in better form than Haifa. If it wasn´t their clumsy start they would be together with Haifa at the top.

So for the moment i vote for Hapoel, but Haifa is the best team of the decade without a doubt.

It is a tough decision, given that both are in the top of the league, one is better than the other by about 9 points (3 up in the air because of Acco-Tel Aviv clash).

Hapoel Tel Aviv has more Goal Difference with +24. Maccabi Haifa only trails by a goal with +23. Both have given up only 8 goals in 13/14 rounds and scored 32 and 33 goals respectively.

The 2 best Goal scorers in Israel are Shlomi Arbeitman from Maccabi Haifa and Itay Sechter from Hapoel Tel Aviv.. Ironically, Davidavishilli is also in top 3 with 7 goals..

Yea, hapoel is good for the moment... Maccabi Haifa is good for the decade...
but ultimately, Maccabi Tel Aviv is the best team in Israeli history.

No other team ranks close to them.
They are our Man Utd, Juventus, Bayer Munich, Real Madrid, Olympiakos, CSKA Moskva, Galatarasay and Ajax combined
