some good games, I actually think the Redskins can surprise the Seahawks and that is my upset pick, they finished off the season very well. Jax vs. Pitt will be a good game but I think the Steelers will edge out in the game.

Sunday games...Giants play better away, Tampa is also possibly the best opponent they can play away, so I will pick a Giants win, note, if they beat the Pats then I'm sure the Giants would be smoked
Tennessee - SD, me personally I have zero interest in this game, SD should win this game with comfort

are you sure it's a home game?

from what I hear..
a) the game isn't sold out yet, already bad
b) tons of Giants fans will be there
c) the Bucs are refusing the sell tickets to anybody living outsite Florida

I've got Giants, Washington, San Diego and Pitts.

Tampa really sucks and won't score enough to beat the Giants unless Manning throws 4 INTs.

Washington has been playing incredibly well over the past few weeks and definitely has the momentum to beat the Seahawks.

San Diego will easily beat a Titans team that shouldn't have made the playoffs. The Browns were a much more superior team.

I'm predicting Pitts to win only because they are home. The Jags are probably the best wildcard team in the NFL and could pull off the win. I really think they have the talent to make it to the AFC Championship.

Agree with all of those bar the Redskins, I think the Seahawks will win with home advantage.

I don't think Washington will surprise the Seahawks unless both Hasselback and Shaun Alexander have really bad games, which I think won't happen. I think the surprise will happen in the next game, Jaguars are a nasty team with good run and good QB and solid defense. Willie Parker's injury a few weeks ago also won't help the Steelers. I also think Giants will beat Tampa, who have been pretty average lately and San Diego will walk over Tennessee.

As for the rest, I have only one wish: Somebody (anybody, I really don't care who) beat those bloody Patriots. :fero:

No, I don't. I hate the Giants and am a Jet fan. Tampa didn't really impress during the regular season and have a hard time against the better teams in the NFL. They had one of the weakest schedules in the NFL this season. The Giants are bad in comparison to many other playoff teams, but they were fortunate to land this match-up. They better hope Eli doesn't mess up under pressure though. The Giants do have a good defense which has kept them above the pack this season.

I hate to break this to you, but neither has been too impressive this season. In fact, Alexander finished 30th overall in rushing this season. He had a very crap season.

Considering that he battled with injury for most of the season and thus missed several games, that doesn't sound that bad afterall. I still believe he can be his old self in the playoffs. As for Hasselback, he had bad and good games, so everything is possible. As I said, I believe Seahawks will win it, but as always, I may be wrong.

Washington @ Seattle REDSKINS
Jacksonville @ Pittsbugh JAGS

Sun Jan 7

NY Giants @ Tampa Bay BUCS
Tennessee @ San Diego CHARGERS

Giants played great against the Pats but that was a game where a lot of emotion was involved and i just can't see Eli having two great games in a row. The Tampa 2 defense is perfect for stopping him by taking away the sideline passes to Burress & Toomer aka making him work the middle of the field and without Shockey in the lineup it will be hard to do it. To win the Giants have to run Jacobs at least 30 times and get some turnovers like in the game against the Bills. As far as the other games i have a feeling the Redskins will upset Seattle and if Collins doesn't make many mistakes they might even have a shot against the Cowboys in the next round especially if TO is not 100% healthy. Chargers and Jags only because both teams have great running games but i don't feel very confident about San Diego because of Norv Turner.

Titans QB Young to be game-time decision ......

Tennessee quarterback Vince Young took part in most of practice Friday, but will be a game-time decision for the Titans' playoff game Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.

The redskins let Seattle loose and the Seahawks took full advantage of the gift advancing to the Divisional Finals ...

Jags oust Steelers on Scobee's late FG ....
The past means nothing to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Pittsburgh, and neither does a frantic Steelers fourth-quarter rally. The Jaguars overcame both obstacles there for the second time in three weeks..
