Let´s hope for a good game and a good result in our last game in these qualifiers.

[\QUOTE]

Yup. Last match on that stadium.

Creativity? I'm sorry, I don't think we can do that with these players.
The trident Nicolita-Ov Petre-Marica will surely score 6 or 7 goals, at least. :rollani:

And now, the parody:

The team:
Nicolita will miss any cross he's supposed to make, and will hit the goalkeeper if he shoots, and the ball is closer than 5m to the goal. Marica will continue complaining that he doesn't get any useful balls and can't be expected to do anything, even if he costed 8mln $. Ov Petre will, as always, be invisible, as that's his main quality. Niculae will continue his great string of great misses by about 10 stupendous 3m misses. :smileani: Dica will play and make suberbe passes to opposing players to thank Kastrati for his help in the first match vs Albania. Rat will continue his afternoon slumber in defense, but will help the trident with passes they won't convert. Ogararu will think he's at Ajax and try to combine with Nicolita. Hell never see the ball back until the next Albanian attack on his side. Lobont will parry every shot from further away than 3 meters, if it is not preceded by Maftei's mistake, or by a foul just outside the box. In that case, he'll cry and get another goal scored in the next minute. Constantin will try to find one of his teammates to fight with. Lucky for him, Margaritescu is looking for the same thing. Also, Margaritescu will try to dribble the Albanians but always crash into them like into rocks. At his only clear goal chance, he'll fall down in the penalty and get yellow-carded. Chivu and Lobont will talk about their old times at Ajax and forget there's a game going on. Chivu will wear American-football-style protection to keep from getting injured. Trica will keep fouling everyone on the pitch, after declaring he wants to end his career in Albania. After the match, he declares the Albanians should look at their own country as they've more gypsies and say he hates Albania and that he won't ever end his career there.
The subsitutes:
Goian will, as always, by the one responsible to speak to the press, saying that the team is disappointed by the result and that we deserved a draw. He is very eloquent and masks the fact he didn't actually play except for stoppage time. Nesu will run down the left side like the Bichon that he is but forget the the ball isn't to be brought back as in a game of fetch, but taken forward. Fl Petre will continue declaring that he wasn't supposed to accept jersey No 10 as that'd make him score.

Piturca: I'm disappointed by the loss. If we'd have scored one more, the result would surely have been different.

Hope you like my parody. :smileani: p

I certainly hope Piti and the guys will wake up and start playing football as if the next match was crucial for qualification

Personally, i´m optimistic in believing in romanian football and in the possibility of playing well right now if things are correctly managed. But i´m pessimistic in the way things are looking right now, and if they stay this way i don´t see us going far in the EURO. But what´s even worst to me, in the chance of playing nice football and showing skill, which is the thing i like the most about this sport and romanian football in particular.

that's Piturca's merit... his overly cautious approach may be good against many teams but maybe he just reaps the praise while it was really just Mutu carrying this team through the mud

Guys, one loss against Bulgaria doesn't mean a lot. I thought even against Bulgaria we had good moments but our strikers weren't able to handle them.

knowing that we could do/play much better is just so frustrating, i have no problem if Piturca and the team do their best possible and we lose but if we play with this current team at the Euros i just can't forget the fact that this is not even near to the best we could do.

the problem is for me (and i guess for most here too) not the loss against Bulgaria but that our midfield won't change and Piturca doesn't change.

I trust him the moment he is the last coach to qualify us to our last 2 tournaments. Cocis is our only chance for more creativity.
