Red Sharks win seventh in a row, America lose again :dielaugh:

MEXICO CITY, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Unfashionable Veracruz won their seventh game in a row in the Mexican championship while big-spending America lost again to keep new coach Mario Carillo waiting for his first win.
The Red Sharks, who top group three of the Apertura championship with 21 points from eight games, beat Toluca 1-0 in Wednesday night's clash with a controversial fourth minute goal from Gustavo Giscayzacu.
The Uruguayan appeared to control Cuauhtemoc Blanco's pass with his arm before firing home the winner.
The fiery Blanco has inspired Veracruz's run after leaving his old club America in disgrace last June following a brawl at the end of a Libertadores Cup game against Brazil's Sao Caetano.
Meanwhile, Blanco's old club slumped to their second defeat in four days, going down 3-2 at home to Morelia at the Azteca stadium.
The visitors raced to a 3-0 lead with goals from Rafael Marquez Lugo, Moises Munoz and Roberto Vargas.
America, fourth in Group One with only seven points from eight matches, staged a late fightback with goals from Duilio Davino and Chilean striker Reinaldo Navia.
America have lost their first two games under Carillo, who replaced Oscar Ruggeri after the former Argentina captain resigned after just six games in charge.
It was the worst possible warm-up for Saturday's grudge match against Guadalajara in the meeting of the country's two biggest clubs.
Guadalajara, who field only Mexican players, also lost on Wednesday, going down to newly-promoted Sinaloa.
