Its not like he's biased

If no other reporting existed on Trump/Russia, the fact that the FBI started a CI investigation to determine whether or not the sitting president of the US was either comprised by or an agent of Russia, it would be the biggest political story...ever.

Soros is very, very rich and funds every SJW-cause imaginable. Those are facts, not a conspiracy.

I agree with him that this was a total setup

Yes he dribbled better and vas better technique the Rijkaard, but the Dutchman was a far more reliable player. He's one of the all time greats in his position. While I agree Zidane gets overrated, how skills were up there with the best. And Platini? The best passer ever and maybe the best midfielder ever. Also Platini was 3 times top goalscorer im Serie A. As a midfielder! Zico was great. Love the way he starts and finishes plays.
He's not ranked higher than the likes of:

1) Cruyff
2) Cristiano Ronaldo
3) Beckenbauer
4) Zidane
5) Puskas
6) Platini

and so forth...
Romario was overall better than MVB and IL FENOMENO was lightyears better!

REDONDO is only known for what again?

He remains the only DM to have been named UEFA Footballer of the Year!

My mistake. Van Basten might not be in a top 4 European players ever, but he is no doubt top 10. Zidane is below Van Basten. Compare Rijkaard's career to Redondo's. The Dutchman easily tops him.

While Romario and Ronaldo had better dribbling and skills then Marco, Van Basten was a greater clutch player. Also he was better in the air.

Greater clutch player than Il Fenomeno? I don't think so, it's not even close. Was he better in the air? Yup, I'll give you that but that's about it.

Redondo and Rijkaard are very much alike:

Redondo:
UCL winner: 3x
Copa America
FIFA Confederations Cup
UEFA Club Player of the Year
FIFA Confederations Cup Golden Ball

Rijkaard:
UCL winner: 3x
Euro Cup

I love PAOLO MALDINI, to me he's the greatest defender of all-time! HOWEVER, in today's game some coaches would list him as a starting CB instead of LB for obvious reasons. This is not to say that he could no longer play as a fullback, oh no never that, but it depends who my Left sided forward is.

For instance if I were to field this team:

----------------------------------------------------YASHIN----------------------
-----------------------------BECKENBAUER---------------------FIGUEROA-------
D. SANTOS--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------N. SANTOS
-------------------------------------------------RIJKAARD----------
-----------------------------MARADONA------------------------MATTHAUS-------------
------------GARRINCHA-------------------------------------------------------------PELE-----------
------------------------------------------------O FENOMENO---------------------------------------

Clearly I'm better off with someone like N. Santos or Facchetti. I would prefer someone like N. Santos because well he's Brazilian and they are blessed and gifted at going forward. We have to remember that N. Santos was chosen as the starting left-back in the 20th Century Team over the likes of Bretiner, Krol, Facchetti and MALDINI who was basically becoming more of CB by that point.
I understand it, but since it's a generic formation to make comparisons, I'd prefer to point to the best players in general rather than the most appropiate for a specific role and system.

Considering that idea for me:

--------------------------------------------- YASHIN

----------------------------- FIGUEROA ----------- BECKENBAUER
------- ANDRADE ----------------------------------------------------------- MALDINI

----------------------------- RIJKAARD ------------- MATTH─US

----------------- MESSI -------------------- PEL╔ ----------------- MARADONA

-------------------------------------------- RONALDO

And for a second generic team:

-------------------------------------------- BUFFON

------------------------------- BARESI ---------------- MOORE
-- DJALMA SANTOS --------------------------------------------------- N═LTON SANTOS

------------------------------- BOZSIK ---------------- MONTI

--------------- MORENO -------------- DI ST╔FANO --------------- CRUYFF

-------------------------------------------- PUSK┴S

And a third:

---------------------------------------- ZOFF/ZAMORA

------------------------------- SCIREA ------------ PASSARELLA
--- VOGTS/THURAM ----------------------------------------------------- FACCHETTI

---------------------------- FALCAO/XAVI ---- REDONDO/OCWIRK

--------- GARRINCHA/BEST ------- PLATINI/ZICO ------ CRISTIANO RONALDO

------------------------------------- M▄LLER/VAN BASTEN

I'm not sure if this type of players deserve a separate category or just belong to the playmakers (deep-lying and attacking playmakers in the same group).

Redondo over Cambiasso is a joke. It's like choosing Chilavert over Buffon.

Damn how football has changed through all these years. Nowdays probably no one from those past times would do magic on the field with dozens of lost balls in dribble attempt. You had vast of space around players and offensive plyers hardly played defence so they didn't loose condition on that.

Imagine what Messi, Cristiano, Hazard, Sane, Griezmann, Mbappe... would do with that Brazil, France, Argentina etc sides in 1970.

But at least for watching football was more entertaining and fun to watch with more individual attractive moves and goals then now.

Excellent teams...all tactics aside though, my all-time XI would be the following one:

------------------------------------------------ YASHIN

----------------------------- BECKENBAUER (C) ----------- BARESI
------- C. ALBERTO ------------------------------------------------------------- MALDINI

----------------------------- RIJKAARD ------------- MATTH─US

----------------- MESSI -------------------- PEL╔ ----------------- MARADONA

-------------------------------------------- RONALDO

Clearly the RB position is the only questionable one. Why did I choose C. Alberto over the likes of Thuram, Cafu, Zanetti, Vogts, or D. Santos? For starters, C. Alberto and Beckenbauer played together, they have the same understanding that both Baresi and Maldini do. Overall, he's the best two-way Right Fullback in the game ever, rivaled only by Zanetti. Simply put, he was solid offensively and defensively.
