The same as Dutch teams then: PSV won, Ajax drew and Feyenoord lost!

I expect Brugge to win, Standard to lose and Lokeren draw or lose.

It seems that Club Brugge will qualifie. Lokeren won't and Standard still has a chance but it will be hard for them.

Standard & Lokeren are eliminated. Club Brugge is for almost 99,5 % qualified. (just don't lose at home against Helsinki with 3 goals difference)

Anderlecht - Dinamo Moscow

Aalborg - Club Brugge

Club got rewarded for coming 1st in their group with a nice draw. They should go through in that one.

Dinamo Moscow is tough but they are beatable. PSV had 2 very tight games against them so Anderlecht definitely have a chance!

Rofl, Club Brugge for the 3th time to Denmark this year

They have beaten Brondby 5-0 agg and Copenhagen 5-1 agg so Aalborg normally shouldn't be a problem for Club Brugge.

2 Belgian clubs in the last 16 would be nice. :hopeful: but tough one for Anderlecht indeed!

As expected Club Brugge won easily against Aalborg. (1-3 and 3-0)

but it will be difficult in Turkey against a better team and with the hot atmosphere.

Besiktas beat Liverpool ... can't believe their luck when they draw Club:

Besiktas right back Serdar Kurtulus: "I don't expect Club Brugge to give us a lot of trouble tomorrow. I predict an easy 3-0 victory."

Club Brugge

They just continue to defy the odds! A 'good' draw getting Dnipro as well for them.

Who have been their best players this season btw?

Looking at the stats - Rafaelov, Vazquez, de Sutter and Izquierdo look the most impressive from an attacking sense or are stats misleading in this case?

Who have been their best defensive players? Matt Ryan has looked unbeatable at times!

Dream draw for Brugge and Dnipro both

Have they been steadily on the rise in Europa for a couple years now or is this a surprise?

Yeah, that's what i was thinking - both teams would have wanted to draw each other!

Club Brugge failed to qualify for the EL last season, losing to Slask Wroclaw and finished bottom of their EL group the year before so it has been a surprise taking into account the last couple of years!

They are also at the top of the Belgian League by 2 points leading into the play-offs. Another unexpected performance by them this season
