Like every year we have some surprises in the first round when the first division teams enter the cup. Undefeated leader Club Brugge has lost against La Louviere and Lierse has lost a little derby against second division team Geel ...
Unlike last year Anderlecht won this round.

La Louvičre - Club Brugge 2-1

KV Mechelen - Beveren 1-3

RC Genk - Moeskroen 2-1

Sint-Truiden - Charleroi 3-0 (Vrancken from STVV and Scifo and Brogno from Chareroi got a red card. Both teams missed a penalty ... Great game to watch )

Anderlecht - Harelbeke 2-1

Lokeren - Bergen (II) 2-1
Standard - Turnhout (II) 3-2 (Prosinecki scored a nice goal IVO )
GBA - Hoogstraten (III) 1-0

Westerlo - Denderleeuw (II) 1-0

Lierse - Geel (II) 0-2

Games still to be played :

TK Meldert (IV) - Denderhoutem (III)
E.Aalst - Lommel (II)
Antwerp - Schoten (III)
Haasdonk (IV) - AA Gent
Cercle Brugge (II) - KV Kortrijk (III)
FC Luik (II) - Ingelmunster (II

Beveren to the next round !!(wanted to write something positive for my 100 posts )

suprising match at La Louviere with the 1st chance in the 2nd half for La Louviere that decides the victory, hope we end Brugge their streak in the competition

On the report of Anderlecht-Harelbeke I saw it seems they had luck they gained qualification for the next round (how many people where in the stadium??;lowest attendance 00-01???),and it was the same squad again (exept for Doll,..)I think they gonna get it hard if the play in all competitions.(1st div,CL or UEFA cup,Belgian cup and maybe league cup,)

Cleister is under fire!! their own fans start shoutin'"Cleister buiten" together with Beveren fans
(Why did they fired Gunther Jacobs??? I forgot)

Because the KV-Mechelen board were unhappy that he played soo offensive that they sometimes got big defeats. This is way better now they lose 0-1, but they do that every game Seems that my prediction in the The New Season of...KV Mechelen was right

Anyway congrats with your 100 posts

Haasdonk-Gent was exiting game and the whole stadium was tripping when it became 1-0, I found Gent playin' a bad match without inspirition and losing the ball many times. Kaklamos is a good striker(with good positioning)but missed a couple of chances. Was very suprised by Hervé Van Overtvelt who got still the moves of back in the days and some other guy from Haasdonk, striker playin' with #14.
Was a nice spere in the stadium (also many fans of Beveren)
I guess the team with the most condition and technique won the game,...

So Robi finally scored eh

Too bad I can't see the games, they don't broadcast much games here in Canada. But I did watch some short mpegs of STandard. The atmosphere is great, you guys get a lot of people out to the games and it looks so exciting.

Is there any site that has mpeg goals from the Belgian league?

Yeah, when Standard is in the winning mood there are a lot of fans there and a great atmosphere
But when they start to lose some games it isn't like this

I don't know about a site where you can find mpeg goals but all the big teams (except Standard) have the goals on their site. And some others too. Here they are, maybe some of them put the opponents goal on it too so if Prosinecki scores against them you can see it

Anderlecht goals : http://www.rsca.be/similar/video-goals.htm (These aren't updated that good it looks ??)

Club Brugge : http://www.clubbrugge.be/matchen00-01/programma.htm

Lierse : http://www.lierse.be/real.htm

Genk : Can't find them right now

Beveren : http://www.kskbeveren.be/multimed.htm

Gent : http://www.kaagent.be/multimedia/videoarchief.htm

Lokeren : http://www.kscl.be/html/video.htm

I think that's it but i could be wrong. It's too late to check it right now 'cause i have to leave for school in less then 4 hours and i need some sleep i think

Tomorrow night i'll be back

Oh right, i don't know about your internet connection but you could try this : You can go to the site of VTM (belgian television station) and look at the belgian football reviews just like us !!

Do this step by step (i don't know about the quality of the broadcasting though)

Go to http://www.vtm.be and click enter (hehe, easy so far )
Then "vtm programma's" in the menu on the left
Then "Sport"

And now you see 3 choices on the right :
Stadion: This is a long sport program on Sunday with other sports too. Only the games on Sunday will be shown in a review. From the other games only the goals are shown..
Goal: Most games are on Saturday normally so here you will see reviews of all the games.

I hope everything works

But maybe someone else knows where to find them and all my explanation wasn't needed
