I went to some friendlys games with a friend of mine and i must say that we are heading to a great season i think. I saw some games from Genk, STVV and Standard.

From STVV it is the same as last year but their buys Mbonabucya , Babic and Dimitriadis are very good buys. Defintitely Mbonabucya is great and i really hope the transfer can be completed soon. A great addition on the Belgian fields..

First i though Genk wouldn't have a good team next season but i have to review my opinion. They have a strong team and will be much better then next season. Their defence is very strong with players like Roumani, Kaku, Zamora,... Unfortunately they will be away to the Olympics. About Thys : Ouch, he played terrific games and if he continues this level the guy should play for the national team and soon in a bigger competition. A midfield Hendrickx, Skoko, Thys, Chatelle is one of the best in Belgium ! In attack Ban and Sonck are a good duo i think. Sorry for Paas but i never liked the guy..

I also saw a game from Standard and they have a very complete team. Aarst, Dragutinovic, Meyssen, Horvath are good buys to complete last year's team. They also still have Folha ..

These are all friendlys ofcourse and we will have to see how they perform in the real league...

From what i saw now Genk, Standard and probably Bruges and Anderlecht will compete for the title.
Outsider : STVV (this was the only joke in my whole message )

i hope the players to look forward to will be aruna zindane, alin stoica (please please please) and maybe mbemba(???).

other new players: pepa (lierse), chatelle (genk), that egyptian-guy of standard and sillah (although sollied doesn't seem to use him much, the fool)

Zamora was good. I only saw him one halve because Boskamp really is experimenting. He 'reads' the game very well and it is hard to get passed him, at least with the ball
Maybe i can tell you more after Genk-PSV.

Boskamp uses a mix of youngsters and starters in his team. Guys like Tibari , Vanderelst, .. played also good.

Boskamp is the best transfer Genk has made last season. He gets the time to build a team and is doing it in the right way. Genk will be a team for the future.

It's hard to say what team Boskamp will play with because he has a large team to choose.

It will be something like this i think : Brockhauser; Akran, Delbrouk, Kaku, Emeran; Daerden, Skoko, Thys, Hendrickx; Paas, Sonck.

But there 'second' team would also be very good : Moons; Teelen, Kimoni, Zokora, Vanhees; Tibari, Vanderelst, Chatelle, Jansson; Ban, Origi

And then they also have Reini, Olivieri, Van Geem, ...

Scary huh ?!

The players you mentioned are also very good.. Today i saw Dindané against Roda JC. Oh boy, the guy was impressive (i will post more about him in another topic about today's game later)
