Does Anyone Else Hate The Music Played In The Stadium Whenever A Goal Is Scored?

It's extremely cheesy, irritating and they repeat the exact same piece every single time, over and over again even if teams (like Turkey did) score twice in 2 minutes. It drowns out the jubilant cheers from the crowd and the worst thing is when everyone sings along and players start dancing to the beat as part of their goal celebrations. It's cringe-worthy and it has to stop NOW.

That is all.

I like it, but not as much as the entrance music You can hear the fans chanting the melody random times during the game. They must love it!!

I like it as well. I guess the Italians want this to be played after each goal.

Which music do they actually play when there is a goal? I never paid any attention to it.

The entrance music (7 nations army by white stripes) is great. It has been basically adopted as the antheme of the Italian fans during the WC 06.

.
Something from the Vengaboys

Lex Immers - Pace & power. Holland's #1 box to box player

Feyenoord forum - the place to talk about this phenomenon

In many stadiums in Belgium the extremely annoying "Hey Baby" by DJ Ötzi (who is Austrian by the way) is played. Give me the jingle at the Euro 2008 any time rather than that crap.

Teams should play more rock music in stadiums, like FC Sankt Pauli playing "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC. Or play some Tokio Hotel in stadiums! Scream would be a great tune after a goal

"Seven Nation Army" is a good anthem for this Euro.

Bellini - Samba De Janeiro reminds me of discos in France when I was 15.

That vengaboys shit is ****ing gay. It's time football goes back to whom it belongs: men of all ages who like their football with a pint and a smoke. Not little kids, not women, not metrosexuals, not closet homosexuals who are just there to mentally wank off over whataver goddamn players gets their clock ticking. I blame women voting rights.

I also loathe how the song isn't anywhere near representative of European ethnicity... UEFA are such assclowns.
