I obviously hope for a Turkey win but I fear for a defeat. Croatia IMO is one of the big outsiders to win this tournament, they are of big quality. Also, it will be very tough to replace the suspended Mehmet Aurelio who has been excellent so far. I have faith in Rüstü doing a good job replacing Volkan though, it is mainly the suspension of Mehmet Aurelio that worries me.

One advantage though: for Turkey the tournament's been a success already by getting to the quarter finals, the pressure is with Croatia and hopefully that will be an advantage for Turkey.

Come on Türkiye!

Croatia all the way in this. They're faster and more deliberate than the Czechs. 2 or 3-1.

IF Emre Asik and Robert Kovac play, then we might well see some ridiculous scoreline

Lex Immers - Pace & power. Holland's #1 box to box player

Feyenoord forum - the place to talk about this phenomenon

Last game was in Croatia, 2004. The game ended 2-2. Some of the players played back then, like Srna and Nihat for example. I am expecting a ridiculous result. Maybe 5-0 Croatia, maybe 0-3 Croatia, maybe 4-4. But probably not that 2-1; 1-1 shit..

You'll win. You'll play to win. But whatever the result, you were always winners in my heart and champions. And you'll stay that way. GOD HELP YOU!

The game will end in a crazy scoring tie after 120 minutes (i'm gonna go ahead and guess 3-3) and then be decided in penalties. Rustu will get sent off in added time of the second extra time period for assaulting Olic's giant head after it inadvertently trips him. Tuncay will don the GK uniform once more and become turkey's savior. Turkey to the semies after winning in penalties 5-4.

Mark my words :P

just made me crack up, he is a living bobblehead that Olic. I've watched both of Croatia's games and yes they are stronger than the Czechs. They are the favorites to win this one but Croatia are not as well as Portugal so it'll be a battle. We'll hold our own and hopefully Rustu doesn't fukk up like his usual self :rollani: We have so many injured players add to that Aurelio and Volkan with card troubles but still I believe we will come out on top at the end of the day. TURKIYE!!

The real question is does Turkey have any healthy defenders left to play?

Emre Asik has a hole in his head, Servet has basically been playing the whole tournament on crutches, Emre G. got injured in the Czech game and Zan got injured in the Portugal game.

At this rate we might see Tuncay playing CB.

I love Tuncay, we can put this guy anywhere and he'll do his best.

I think it's great that Croatia won that group. It means we'll have at least one "dark horse" team in the Semi's, Croatia or Turkey . I have a feeling PKs will be needed.

R.I.P. Tazz, good times in Bim we had.

Turkiye are unpredictable team. One day up one day down. No standard. Plus, we got many injured and punished players. It will be a hard game. Draw maybe...

No.

Should be a cracker. There will not be a better chance for either team to make it into the Semi's. Unfortunately, for Turkey, they are missing some key players especially Mehmet A. I can't see us losing this match, IF Bilic plays our three #10's, but with the Turks you can never know...

My mind says Croatia, but my heart says TURKIYEM.

We can replace every player we have as every player in our squad will fight with everything they got because they know its Turkey theyre playing for, even the brazillian lad, too bad he's suspended.
