Is it true that the rivalry between Poland and Germany is bigger than the rivalry between Holland and Germany?

Btw, i support Poland ofcourse, because:

1. They aren't German p
2. They have Leo Beenhakker as coach

I don't think the rivalry between Germany and Poland is as big as Germany and Holland, at least football-wise. Germany and Poland is a game based more on past history than anything else. Maybe if Poland improve over the next decade or so it could actually turn into more of a football rivalry, but for now it's more like Iran - USA 98 (although the the history we are talking about isn't as recent obviously)

I can't see Poland doing anything here. I really can't. Germany will win this one, and will win the group. Poland and Croatia will battle it out for the second spot, and this will be a real cracker.

Well, don't count Poland out yet.

Leo Beenhakker still wants some revenge against the Germans because they beat us during World Cup 1990 when he was in charge of Holland.

Polska will need to play to the top of their game to beat Germany, it's possible. I hope they do.

Of course I won't, I'll even support Poland, given that a win for you there would also do good for Croatia. But I definitely won't be surprised if Germany wins.

Germany's offensive mind state such such evil :broken:

---Schweinsteiger-------Podolski-----
-------Klose------Gomez--------------

with Ballack and Frings in the back

...defense better be ready for this than..and good counter attacks be crucial.

i never understood the Polish need to write "szcz" for one syllable....

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!
