Don't you worry about us. Why does every second of your posts have to be related with bashing Croatia? Give it up already...

It helps when your best striker always plays. Toni has played about 3 qualifying games so far

Our striker plays in every game and he never scores

Where would Eduardo daSliva be without Croatias midfield is more like the question you should be asking...he is a finisher remember...so somebody has been putting them on a platter, no?

Why do people always comment on Eduardo playing for Croatia, I never hear anyone talking about Deco playing for Portugal!

Brazil has much more in common with Portugal than Croatia.

Yes they have, but he's still Brazilian and born in Brazil.

And btw it's not like we bought Eduardo from Brazil to come and play for the NT, he came at age 15 to Dinamo, found himself a Croatian girl, took citizenship, later got a NT call, got married and had a child.

Well Gallas said:
"He is a Brazilian striker who plays for Croatia [laughs], but he is Brazilian first."

I don't know why Gallas would say this if there wasn't some truth to it. He probably got to know EdS well too and maybe got some hints from him.

Of course he's Brazilian, no one is trying to deny that, whats important for us is that he feels Croatian aswell and that his heart beats for the nation, which shows on and off the field.

I'm just tired of the comment that he plays for Croatia, like I said it's not like we bought him from Brazil to come and play for our NT ...he started with Dinamo at age 15! Alot of teams in Europe and in the world have non ethnic players ...for example Croatia gave Belgium Branko Strupar and Austria Ivica Vastic and I didn't hear any comments about them playing for those NT's.
