Portuguese Cup - Sporting v. Oliveira do Hospital

Okay, so we've lost 2 straight in the league, the guy who scored 42 goals for you last season is sitting on the bench, your goalie is injured and things are starting to look really grim. What to do??

Well, what better way to get one's spirits up then to go out and kick the absolute crap out of a Division 3 team in the Cup!

Sporting 8 !!!!!!!
Oliveira do Hospital - 1

I can't remember the last time we score 8 goals against anyone! Obviously, the competition is low, but you never with these lower league teams (cough..cough..Gondomar..cough..cough ).

Lineup: Tiago: Cesar Prates, Conteraras, Hugo, Tello; Paulo Bento, Marco Paulo; Ronaldo, Barbosa, Ricardo Fernandes; Kutuzov.

Danny, Sa Pinto, and Nuno Santos (back up GK) all played in the 2nd half. Danny and Sa both played well

Goals:
Ricardo - 2
Kutuzov - 3 Hattrick!!
Barbosa - 2
Ronaldo - 1

Bad News:
Hugo still sucks!! He was at fault on the Oliveira goal. However, the good news is that he picked up a red card at the end of the game and will be suspended for our next league game!!

Unfortuntately, Contreras left the game at halftime with a thigh injury. Hopefully, it won't be too serious or else we're going to be extremely thin at Centerback this weekend!!

I know it's only a third division club but that's gotta feel good after losing 2 in a row!!

I read today Beto will be ready for sometime in January!!
Good news because Hugo does suck really bad!!!

Nice to see Kutuzov get the hat trick!!!
Maybe Scp will get a little boost from this win!

Well, will see Sunday vs Nacional!!!!!!

I Hugo is out and Contreras hurt, then who the hell is left at CB? Or perhaps we play with 11 forwards as we have plenty of them.

Anyone know when Kutuzov's loan is due to be over? We seriously should try and sign him during the transfer window(I think it's due to open for the second, If I'm not mistaken).

My guess is at the end of the season as he is considered surplus or maybe a work in progress for Milan. He could be bought for a reasonable amount of money, imo.
