Mario Jardel?

I've heard Mario Jardel wants to leave Portugal and in Turkey there are rumours that our board will buy him back to Galatasaray to make the fans happy do you think this is possible? Do you think Sporting will sell Jardel back to Galatasaray? I hope so well what do you guys think?

Jardel hates Turkey more than he hates Portugal, that's the only reason why he went back to Portugal in the first place, And now he's stuck in that lower level team from the other side of the highway.....hehehe

Actually man your wrong his wife hated Turkey that is the only reason he left Galatasaray or else he was going to stay he said this himself. Galatasaray is a million times better than Sporting Lisbon even though we had a very bad year in Europe but so did Bayern Munchen.

I doubt Galatasaray could take on Sporting on top level, I mean they could take em on. But taking on and winning are 2 different things. I think at times Galas can be overrated since the Turkish league isn't the best, and they easily win it every year.

You are making a big mistake like many Europeans teams did Galatasaray is not over-rated but under-rated. What has Sporting done in the past 5 years???
P.S. Jardel scored 22 goals in Turkey and came in 2nd top-scorer in Portugal he scored 42 goals which league do you think is better? We don't easily win we win because we are the best but I bet Fenerbahce, Besktas, Gaziantepspor, and Trabzonspor can beat any Poryuguese team.

I just asked what has Sporting done in the last 5 years I never said I knew anyhting about Sporting's success and in the Turkish media that was the news on Jardel I did not make it up if somebody made it up it was them.

P.S. I got carried away on the teams take Gaziantepspor and Trabzonspor off that list but I still think top Portueguese teams are no match for Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, and Besiktas and that is my opinion I am entitled to it and you are entitled to yours.

Fenerbahce has a lot of money they buy world starts like Revivo and Ortega while Galatasaray and Besiktas have 2 super managers Fatih Terim and Mircea Lucescu who always find great talent. Do you honestly think these Turkish teams won't progress while Portuguese teams do? Hell no there ain't a chance. Galatasaray opened the door with the 2000 UEFA Cup and 2000 UEFA Super Cup and we will continue. With young talent like Tuncay Sanli and Okan Koc(soon to be playing at Galatasaray) emerging and staying in Turkey our teams will get better. The problem with the Portuguese teams is that they can not hold on to their super-stars while Turkish teams can. I have huge respect for the rich history Portugal has in football especially Benfica but your time has passed the only way your teams will get better is when they can hold on to their starts like Figo and Rui Costa and buy better foreigners into your league.

You say more foreigners? Why should Portuguese managers should buy/sign foreigner if we have worldclass talents such Ricardo Quaresma and Cristiano Ronaldo?

Galatasaray is one of Europes top clubs, Real Madrid thought they walked all over them, then who got the golden goal and won the Super Cup ? Jardel & Galatasaray. Portugal had great teams in the 60's with Benfica and so on, and getting to the semi's in WC1966. FC Byrne another top European club had a **** season in Europe this year too, but both are leading they're respective leagues and as for Gala VS Sporting, this current Gala would lose because of the confidence lost, but if it was out pre-season Gala which beat Dundee Utd 17-0 and Auxerre 2-0 (Auxerre beat Arsenal remember) and beat Olympiakos 3-0 ! then yes Gala would have had Sporting 4-0 in pre season, but as it is now, the other way round probably !

Dude, after Jardel's performance yesterday, you can have the lazy f*cker back for a case of beer and some sandwiches. Sure, we'd be ripping you off, but so what?

Pre-season games don't mean anything really. You can win all your pre season games and suck it up in the games that count. Heck if I scored 15 goals in 8 games during pre-league for this league down the road, that won't mean I will be as good in the league itself, heck half the times that means you'll be as much bad as you were good in preseason.

P.S.-When you went off CM yesterday, your team beat mine in that match, 5-1 all because my dumbass keeper got a red(least I think thats why)

Why do you think that? I've seen Sporting playing and I've seen Galatasaray, and I'd say both are interesting teams, but neither is awe-inspiring. I believe Galatasaray could perfectly defeat Sporting, I don't see why not - 'cause the Sporting team I've seen playing is good but far from brilliant.

And just between you and me, arguing Galatasaray's merits because their league "isn't the best" is amusing, considering that's one of the most frequent critics about Portuguese teams.

I don't think anyone should be blowing Sporting's horn for a while.

As far as Jardel, their course is crystal clear. Bench the ****er for a good 4 or 5 games. If that doesn't revive his scoring prowess, sell him off to the Turks where they can use him on a team, or as the newest ***** in a harem. We don't care which. Jardel has shown what an ungrateful bastard he can be, he deserves no consideration if he cannot produce.

Btw senhor Garrincha, you might want to change your signature line. It says no one has 4 world cups. Brazil does. Lucky you don't need math to play futebol huh?
