Good win for Sporting. They had most of the Portuguese public shocked when they went down 1-0, but they pulled it together.

peseiro risked a lot with his stupid arrogance, totally unnecessary imo.......

but in the end, things went well, and sporting won:thmbup:

peseiro is an idiot :rollani:

sporting is being outplayed at home by...halmstad:rollani:

they scored 1st the 1-0, missed 2 or 3 big chnaces...wender draws...and now halmstad hits the bar...ridiculous

and liedson not called...peseiro is the worst combination of stupidity with arrogance.....lets hope sporting can still make it!

i would hate to see peseiro getting fired lol

If it's not tonight it'll be the next loss. To let one go in stoppage time...

Sporting didn't lose in extra-time they lost in stoppage time, horrible marking; the Swedes had 3 players who could've netted that goal all charging freely at Nelson.

To be honest, Sporting didn't perform badly, but defensively they pushed up too far and didn't mark too well, though they did handle some counter-attacks very well (in particular those where they were outnumbered they did very well on).

Sporting lost the game on defensive marking, because if the defenders knew what they were doing neither goal would've happened tonight. And the third, well, the third was... I don't even remember the third right now.

This is genius.....

I've had four people who saw the game and said Halmstad deserved it more than Sporting. Three of the four are Lagartos as well...

You and your fisher-price game analysis for crissakes.....

What a bunch of losers. ,now for the first time in many years i was supporting Sporting because we need some points for our ranking, and look what happens,****.

Now we have Guimaraes, but they will be in the last pot,no many chances for them. :depress:

At least they'll have the opportunity of winning some points, something Sporting cannot even dream of.
