Teddy Sheringham on Sporting plans

Teddy Sheringham 36 is at the end of a contract with Tottenham and Sporting show's interest on the player, doesn't make much sense with Sporting youth movement going with older players when Benfica and Porto are getting younger.

Yeah doesn't make sense.

Thank god we're getting Fernando Santos so at least we don't get linked with such stupidity!

Edit-Also, Frank, try to post stories about Boavista, Sporting, or Porto in their respectable threads(see the stickies). Thanks!

Congrats to Sporting on a VERY well-earned 3-0 outing Saturday.

Unfortunately, Benfica won their game so the gap doesn't change from second to third.

I think if the Benfica management has and attitude like yours, then definately.

Johnny-I think that's why they want to hire Fernando Santos, he's more of a transfer whizz compared to Loss Boloni.

Look good? I don't think not winning anything in over a decade "looks good."

When my team's upper management can't make wise decisions and are close to bankruptcy I'll leave my club.
