Champions League 1998/1999

Hello,
I think it was the season 2000/2001 when Dynamo arrived the semifinal in Champions League, wasn't it?? I remember a great match against Bayern Munich at home on that stage, I think Dynamo had a 3-0 lead, I thought you were in final after 45 minutes of 180 minutes p The final score in the first of this two matches should have been 3-3, and now I want to ask some of you Dynamo experts to have a look for the goals of this match or of this season in CL.... thanks

If only we had hung on to that 3-1 lead...

Shovkovskiy, Shevchenko, Rebrov, Luzhny, Kaladze, Khatskevich, Belkevich, Fedorov...Those were the days.

Dynamo Kyiv are better than Shakhtar Donnetsk!

Yes, I was 9 years old and I can remeber that match really good, I don't know why... before they hosted the match they showed a little film about Kiev... I nearly cried as they showed a old woman sleeping next to a bin between massive houses... And the Dynamo team was great, ace!!!

Having a go at Sasho now:rollani:

I suppose you have to realy as Nesmachnyi, Rotan, Sablic and Shatshikh
werent in the team then.

P.S- Sasho is the only keeper EVER to have kept a clean sheet in a world cup penalty shoot out.

Dynamo Kyiv are better than Shakhtar Donnetsk!

One of the best (if not the best) game I ever seen was that 3:3 home draw vs Bayern... We should've won that game... I was so dedustated that we lost that 3:1 lead that i refused to see the reply game, where we unfortunately lost 0:1

How can you blame the keeper?
That Tarnat strike was a bullet!
And defense should've never let Jancker control that ball in the penalty area and then turn and shot... Very poor goal to give away IMHo...

P.S. Kahn conceded even a worse goal from Sheva free kick... :rollani:
