Dynamo Player of the Season?

Tough season for all DK players. None had the chance to show their capabilities in top European competition. I thought Rotan and particularly Husyev did well, but the winner has to be Rebrov.

Your thoughts?

Dynamo Kyiv are better than Shakhtar Donnetsk!

Rebrov, for sure...He has realllllllyyyyy turned his career around since coming to DK.

I always believed in him, but I know many said Dynamo was wasting alot of $ trying to bring him back...And he would be a big failure...But it wasn't true and he's actually been one of the best investments DK have made in a while .

I think I'm also pleased knowing that DK have another solid GK behind Sasho - Rybka .

IMO Kleber has also changed this season....Not only has he gotten better, but I think his attitude has gotten alot better as well.

So, overall, not a good season at all. The only highlite was winning the cup . When DK got beat out by Thun, numerous DK players promised one thing to fans - To get the double. And if it wasnt for sloppy games near the end of the year (tying Tavriya, and giving up a 2 - 0 lead vs Shakhtar), that promise would of come through.

All I can say is that lets hope 2006/2007 season is better. Far into Europe, and a double in Ukraine.

Its between Husyev and Rebrov... No one else is even close... I expect a lot from these two guys in the summer and possibly a big move for Oleh after it...
Previously i thought Husyevs two main problems were his strengh and weak shots, but he really seems to be working hard on improving...

Rotan was one of the best when he only joined but he lost his form on his way (probably gave too much and now needs a little breather)... Undoubtly he's still a quality player... It'll simply take a bit longer than he innitially thought to adjust to the new tempo & style, which is played in Kyiv...

Kozak, Rebrov signed for DYnamo for free after his contract has expired...
It was a deal of a lifetime for them - to sell the guy for hugeeee money and then get an even better player (more experienced after playing in better leagues) for free

Nice to see Rebrov playing as well as he did this season. What timing too, impressing the Ukrainian soccer authorites enough to find his way back onto the Ukrainian squad and now heading to the World Cup.. what a great story.

Between Rotan And Rebrov. Rotan might not had a great end of the season, but i'm going to blame Dynamo for that becouse they put him on bench for no reason.

Both him and Rebrov are very good pair.
