Nobody expected him to be #1 after first try, and looks like he expected it even less than anybody else did .

U.S.A just won another gold medal in the Speed Skating :irritate: ,the Dorofeev was second.....but the Americain was the fav anyway.....

So United states will be on first place in the end of the third day, four gold medals.........Russia has two gold medals and is on second place.
But in two hours time Russia should win the Second gold medal of the day and third overall with Totmianina and Marinin....

Btw,i didnt expect Ishmuratova to win today....i only expect that Zaitseva could win medals in Torino on biathlon....great to see also Pyleva back....

But Medvedev was the man so far,he never won nothing and the first time that he won something was a gold medal in the olympics...!!!!

Russia should finnish behind Germany,Norway and U.S.A in the final medal table of the olympics....
