Francesco Ruopolo - a good signing?

A completely unexpected signing for most people I guess, I am still kinda shocked myself . Anyway, what do you know about him? Is he a good forward? Cos we have so many forwards who don't seem to do any good to the team :irritate:

a funny pic from CSKA - Parma

Igna vs. Ruopolo, ex-Loko player vs. a to-be Loko player

i dont believe that this signing will make any difference I dont know why they want him. He hasn't even been a regular at Parma i heard.. but who knows, maybe he might do a good job. He's still young.

And it doesn't really matter. Cause its a loan-deal. Its not like Loko is throwing 5-6 millions at him. So i guess its an ok signing.

No offense here but Ruopolo is a poor player. We have said it for a while he doesent score when he plays and he looks like a player that will develop into nothing more than a fringe player. He was only playing in the Uefa cup because we fielded a reserve side. I dont know really why you wanted to sign him.

So he won't improve the team? Oh well, guess Loko will have just have to settle for winning the league again...

IMPROVE THE TEAM!!

I dont know Loko well i just know you guys seem like nice people so far and that your side is good, and they had a man from dream team(skyone) go to them!!
Ruopolo will at best be a 1st team player for the reserves or possibbly get on the bench. You never know though in a few years you may all laugh at me.

so nice, buying a footballer just to make company for some other footballer

I still hope that our coaches will make a good player of him, even if he's not good enough now... It happened several times before I think

I'm interested how Ruopolo can develop with Lokomotiv. He was far from being a regular in Parma, he got chances just in UEFA when Gilardino rested. He didn't play good at all and I think it must've been only 2 matches (the last 2 however) that we stated that he might not be that* bad. (* = Serie C1 material) So who knows, he can surprice us all. But you surely could've chosen a better player than Ruopolo if you had wanted a young italian one.

I hope he is good enough to make your team better, good luck Lokomotiv! GOOD LUCK 'POLO!!! AND FORZA PARMA!

unfortunately for you, I completely disagree with this statement so you'll have to be quiet about CSKA, at least on Loko forum
