Attendances

As you know, last season Loko have become the most attended team in Moscow, it happened for the first time in the whole history of premiership . Hard to say if we’ll be able to repeat this achievement but we are definitely not doing bad again .
So I thought it might be a good idea to start following these stats more precisely and to compare the results from this season with the last one.

So far we have:

Round 1. Loko – Tom’ 5,300

Round 2. Loko – Moskva 6,000 (last season 7,000)
- interesting ruins my theory completely . Although I am sure it can be explained with the fact that the temperature last year was +7 C, while this year it was only -9 C . Quite convincing difference imo .

Round 3. CSKA – Loko 30,000 (last season 20,000)
- amazing difference . Mostly thanks to Loko fans, I am sure .

Round 4. Loko – Rubin 9,500 (last season 9,000)
- well, +500 fans on a usual game isn’t bad .

Round 5. KS – Loko 24,000 (last season 33,000)
- it proves nothing but the fact that KS started having hard times. Because there were definitely more Loko fans this year than last season, even I was .

Round 6. Loko – Amkar 7,800 (last season 7,000)
- again almost the same difference as at Loko – Rubin. So now Loko has 500-700 true fans more, and these fans go to every Loko match regardless of the rival . Temperature difference has got nothing to do with it this time cos it was only one degree warmer this year (+2 C).

Round 7. Zenit – Loko 21,000 (last season 22,000)
- I might be wrong, but it seems to me that there were more Loko fans in St.Pete this time (correct me if I’m wrong), does it mean that Zenit got slightly less popular?

Round 8. Loko – Rostov 8,700 (last season 9,500)
- hmm lack of dedication from our side this season :irritate:. And maybe Rostov fans decided not to go to this match at all .

Round 9. Torpedo – Loko 12,000 (last season 7,000)
- since Torpedo are having problems with their fans, I have every right to say that the additional 5,000 fans are Loko fans .

Round 10. Loko – Dinamo 12,123 (last season 11,000)
- not bad again

Round 11. Shinnik – Loko … have no results for this season yet but last season it was 13,000. It was the last match of the RPL though, which also meant a lot so probably the amount of fans was bigger then . Not sure about it though…

Well, that’s all so far, but I’ll keep it going, and hopefully we’ll stay the most attended Moscow team this season too .

well they use all possible ways to attract fans, like bring your mum to the stadium and go for free or smth... it's good on one hand, but on the other hand it should be football itself that should attract people. Obviously they cant attract crowds with their game . I just don't like this team in general though so I am pretty biased .

Julia, the attendance on Krylya - Loko game was 24000 because the capacity of the stadium on that time was exactly 24000 and it has nothing to do with hard times (I'm pretty tired of this expression. Is there such a lazy ass who still haven't said it? ) or whatsoever.

Round 12 Loko - Alania

so, last season there were 7,182 fans at Loko - Alania, now 9,125 2,000 fans more . Although West looked really empty . East didn't impress much either...

Round 20 Loko - KS

there were 10,036 fans this season, which is almost 1,000 more than last season (9,723). Plus take into account that it was a midweek match so not everybody who wanted to go could do it...

Loko's attendance numbers are decieving though, u guys rarely bring a good number of fans on away trips and against Spartak last year u were outnumbered 70-30 in ur own stadium. Yes i saw this match.

what do u mean our attendance numbers are deceiving?
again, Dima, we had this talk before :rollani:. Give us some time, ok? p And come on, there were enough fans in St.Pete, and in Samara. Let alone all Moscow "away" games.

If you want to talk about fans... why CSKA fans always leave the stadium when their team is losing? Is it called "loyalty" or what?
