5)I have currency's from this country's:

Croatia(Kunas)
The Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia(Dinars)
Germany(Deutch Marks)
Italy
Egypt
Norway
The Netherlands
Belgium
Switzerland
Great Britain
France
The USA
The South African Republic
Slovenia
Austria
Spain
The Czech Republic
Turkey
The Dominican Republic
Barbados

I also have Euros and I have probably forgotten some country's whose currency's I have.
Wow an impressive list! I wish I had as many but I don’t really collect them, I just use the chance and keep a couple of coins every time I get to… although now I am thinking of going to a currency exchange to get some exotical currency too

What currency's do you have Julia?
Anyway, here’s what I have:
Poland
Ukraine
Euro (btw, is it true that some Euro coins vary from country to country?)
Germany (DM)
Bulgaria
The USA (which is natural… )
Israel
Tunisia
Egypt

That’s all so far I guess, but I also have an awful lot of old Soviet currency… and I feel too sorry to throw it away Plus I collect some of Russian nowadays currency, coins which are issued for some events like 55th anniversary of our victory in WWII. They are called jubilee coins or smth like this here. So I have 5 different kinds of 10 rub.coins and 5 kinds of 2 rub.ones but they repeat so often that I have a lot of same coins :depress:

Hm... About coins. I don't collect them but I have some too. They are: Euros, some coins from Iran and Turkey, and even one coin from Kazakhstan. And also I had some old coins from Australia, Germany (DDR), Italy, Chekhoslovakia, England and some others but I haven't a single idea where they are now. And of course thousands of Soviet and old Russian ones.

Julai, I also have jubilee coins! 5 of 10-rubles and 6 of 2-rubles. Let's exchange. :dielaugh: D'u have a 2-rubles coin with Gagarin? I have three of them. All other such coins I have are unique.

Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Turkish, English, Scottish (somewhere), Euros and... some US dollars - but I'm not sure if that currency is still worth anything

Arianna, why are there so many people in europian countries who don't support Euro? As far as I know everybody wanted to be the member of EC so much and now I heard more than 50% people in Germany, for example, want DM back...

I think this isn't Euro's fault. It's the fault of merchants, who has doubled their prices after adoption of Euro.

just decided to double the prices and did it? All as one? Can't believe it. maybe some taxes have changed or some other economical reasons appeared for doing that?

Gordon Brown is the British Chancellor. Basically he's the one who's seen to be most against joining the Euro. I'll send him your posts. That should convince him even more.

You've been off-topic for about 3 pages. Julia won't mind. It gives her something to do when she next logs on. She loves cleaning...
