Alexander Samedov

Hey guys,

Today the president of Russian Football Union, almighty Vyacheslav "Kolosoccer" Koloskov held the press-conference, and among other things he told about young Spartak midfielder Alexander Samedov, who might accept the invitation from Azerbaijan Football Federation to join the azerbaijani national team. Samedov, who's father is azerbaijani took some time to think about it, but rumors are that he's mostly likely to accept it.

So, what do you folks think about it? Would it be big loss for Russia?

Btw, there are still Ahmedov in Spartak Moscow and Aliyev in Dynamo Kiev also of azerbaijani origin. Are they next to follow?

I'm one of the baddest motherfvckers of all time, one of the best singers and one of the best looking motherfvckers you've ever seen. Hold my drink, bitch!

Well, Samedov is a big future star and it would certenlly be a loss, but we have so many good midfielders that it wouldnt really matter so much

I'd prefer him to stay in Russia too, even though I don't like him at all

well i wouldn't say he's a star. he's a good player, but he won't get any exposure playing for Azerbaijan that's for sure.

Akhmedov is not in Spartak, he is in Himki. With Pogrebnjak together.

I would like him to play for Azeri team...but the problem is that despite being an Azeri he is not Azeri(sorry to say that). When I heard his interview I was a little bit disgusted... He is Manqurt...not going to explain what that word means.
However, I don't see a bright future for him in Russian NT. He will be on the bench all the time...I have no doubt in that.

Dmitriy

Mankurt isn’t an azeri word. It's from Chingiz Aytmatov's famous novel "The day lasts more than a hundred years" (I bolshe veka dlitsya den). Mankurt is the person who doesn't know who is he, and remembers nothing about his past. Evil nomads kidnapped people, and wrapped a wet camel skin around their heads and left them alone under the burning sun. The skin dried up and clenched the head causing a terrible pain and suffers, and most people couldn't bear it and died, but those who survived remembered nothing, and became Mankurts.

Of course, I don't think Nyuka meant that Grigoruy Yartsev did the same thing to Samedov; I think we are just talking about another "Ivan ne pomnyashiy rodstva"

P.S. Btw, if you haven't red it, then do it. It's really good. It's worth it.
