Summer Overhaul?

So, after that disgrace, and 3 seasons of bottling it. The big question is how big of an overhaul is needed in the summer?

For me, we (like the last 2 summers) need some leaders, physical players and some pace up front.

I said last summer we should go for Joey Barton, Burnley did and now he has a league winners medal. We could have spent the Johnson & Butterfield money on Andre Grey. We need a new centre half, Keogh is still a liability (player of the year alm.

Most importantly we need a new manager. A good man manager, motivator and a strong personality, someone proven, not another first time manager, we've tried that and it didn't work.

Stephen Warnock & Connor Sammon have been released.

Also Ivan Calero & Tom Koblenz & Sahaquille McDonald released from the u21, without even getting a chance in first team a bit disappointing.

Wouldn't mind Warburton or Rowett who seem more of the type of managers who this current administration are looking for..."the Derby way"

Pearson is interesting as well and he knows the division but it won't be the most exciting to watch.

New manager in place, so what will happen, perhaps a change to 442? Which would mean our squad is far too heavy with midfielders.

First question is what formation will Pearson look to play? 442? 4231? I can't see him playing the 433 myself.

From memory, Leicesrer played mostly 442. Which will mean strikers need to come in and midfielders moving out.

Is Pearson a nutter or a genius they put together the foundation for Leicester?

Time will tell!

But Forest and Derby should be in the prem! Can't stand seeing Bournemouth (sorry) and the like in the prem and not the tree huggers and sheep shaggers.

Jonathan Kodjia & Sonny Aluko being linked. No surprise to see strikers being linked.

Would love Kodjia, not sure the £4million being mentioned will be enough though.
