Jeff Hendrick to Villa/Celtic?

The big rumour doing the rounds, is surprisingly the vultures aren't circling around Will Hughes yet, but around Jeff Hendrick.

To Villa for 5 million seems to be the word.

Probably worth cashing in at that sort of money. Good player but he is replaceable.

I'd sell for that sort of money. The team definitely needs freshening up, and Hendrick is probably the most sellable asset, we wouldn't hugely miss.

Any offer for that sort of money should be accepted. Too often Derby boards have failed the club badly when it comes to selling players. Too many talented players have been let go on the cheap. For that money you could probably get a better replacement.

This boards seems to know what it's doing. I'd hope there will be no selling of Will Hughes for 500,000 or something daft.

Reports now that Celtic are interested in Hendrick, whether it's true or just a link made because he's Irish who knows.

Can see plenty of transfer talk on Hendrick this summer, he'd probably like a PL or Celtic move, and the club would probably look at him as the best sale we could make to make some serious money.
