Rams on Sky and Setanta

Three of Derby County's early 2007/08 Premier League fixtures have been selected for live television coverage.

The Premier League has today announced the games to be screened up to the end of November.

And the Rams' first outing to a TV audience comes on Monday September 17 when they host Newcastle United at Pride Park Stadium.

That match should have been played on Saturday September 15 but it has now been put back by two days, to be screened live on Setanta, with an 8pm kick-off.

Sky Sports first show Derby on Sunday October 7, for the game against Reading at the Madejski Stadium, with a 2pm start.

And on Saturday November 24 the visit of two-times champions Chelsea to Pride Park is being screened live on Setanta.

The day of the game hasn't changed but it will now kick off at 5.15pm instead of the originally-scheduled 3pm start.

And there is a fourth change to the schedule that isn't for TV reasons.

Derby's trip to Everton, originally due to be made on Saturday April 5, has now been put back by 24 hours to Sunday April 6.

This is due to a clash with the Grand National at Aintree on the Saturday afternoon.

For some reason, I don't think we are vs Newcastle because Sky sports News havn't announced it on their fixtures list or anything like that!!!!!!!!!... soo our first game I think is against Reading at the Majedski
