DERBY v Leeds

One big question....Will Seth Johnson play???

My inside contacts say he should do, it's understandable that they aren't rushing him back, given his history of knee injuries, but this one's not a serious problem, so hopefully he will play on saturday.

Should be a good crowd as well, but I think Leeds have only been allocated 2700 tickets, on advice of police and safety officers

Yeah, but we never used to reduce the allocation, it's the same with Forest, it takes something away from the game, with all that empty space in the south stand.

Derby duo Michael Johnson and Seth Johnson will undergo scans on Wednesday morning to assess the extent of their respective injuries.

Midfielder Seth hasn't featured since going off midway through the second half of the defeat at Coventry City on January 28 after jarring his knee.

Defender Michael, meanwhile, failed to re-appear after half-time of Saturday's draw at Southampton after also picking up a bang to his knee.

"We want them both to go for precautionary scans and the earliest we could get them in was Wednesday morning," caretaker boss Terry Westley told www.dcfc.co.uk.

"We want to check that everything is OK and if it is then hopefully they will be available for Saturday."

We'll do our best for Watford.

We have a good chance, when we play Forest or Leeds, the crowd always raises the atmosphere, to be much better than it is normally in Pride Park, and it usually brings a good performance out of the players who raise their games as well.

With no Forest game this season, this is seen as the biggest game of the season by some, others may think Leicester, but too me there just a pile of shyte down south, with shyte fans, so that "East Midlands Derby" is crap, and doesn't compare to the real one. So it should be good, it's just a shame the arseholes of Derbyshire police, are desperate to keep as many people away from the game as possible, we could easily get 30,000 in for this one.

Choir practise sheduled for after this game

Meaning, the word is being spread, after the game protesting outside the main entrance, they reckon there was 200 there after the Sheff Utd game, and I didn't know nothing about it untill the day after, so there will probably be more this time, and the TV cameras will be there again...well at least it gets us on the telly, instaed of being the last match in the highlights getting about 12 seconds

I can't remember us being the main game on it once this season, so it's about time we was.

Rams duo Seth Johnson and Michael Johnson are facing six weeks on the sidelines after scans on thei
r respective injuries found that both will need operations.

The pair have picked up knee problems in recent weeks and after further assessment on Wednesday morning it was decided that both would need to go under the surgeon's knife.

Director of football Murdo Mackay told www.dcfc.co.uk: "I think the challenge now is to ensure that whoever plays can continue the good work that Michael and Seth have put in for the club week-in week-out this season."

Midfielder Seth picked up his problem in the second half of the January 21 defeat at Coventry City while defender Michael's came in the first half at Southampton on Saturday

Gutted, mainly about Seth and this game of course, I just knew he'd be injured for this one.

Rams pair Seth and Michael Johnson have both come through successful knee operations today.

Midfielder Seth picked up his problem in the second half of the January 21 defeat at Coventry City while defender Michael's came in the first half at Southampton last Saturday.
Seth Johnson

Director of football Murdo Mackay said: "Both lads came through without complications - they were straight-forward routines and we're expecting them to become available for selection again within six weeks."

Good news at least...

Better news on the injury/illness front, the Ham Sandwich looks to be availab;e for selection for this one.

That is true though I don't know who the guy is who makes these decisions regarding football matters, but he's a right prick

Leeds' play-off hopes to get a big boost this week-end with 3 vital away points.

"John Robertson was a very unattractive young man. If, one day, I was feeling a bit off colour, I would sit next to him. I was bloody Errol Flynn compared to him, but give him a yard of grass and he was an artist. The Picasso of our game"

With the takeover talks now, the place should be buzzing, so I can definately see us winning this.
