Hull v DERBY

Got my tickets for this one this morning. Should be a good folowing due to the recent rise in optimism due to a couple of good results. Hopefully we can keep it going, Hull have lots of injuries, and are doing alright but not great.

I am looking for all 3 points from this one

Andrew Davies, Marc Edworthy and Paul Thirwell are all back in contetion for the Hull game, easing the injury worries, especially at the back with Michael Johnson suspended.

I'm a bit more confident after the Wolves match. I predicted we'd get slaughtered but we came out with a draw which i'm omre than happy with. I don't think Hull are anything special so i predict a 1-0 victory for the rams with everyones favourite Morrocan El Hamdoui getting us our goal.

Hmmm i really don't know how this one is going to go, I think they could be goals in this game though as both teams like to attack n neither defences are particularly strong. Im gonna go for a 2-2 draw, with el hamdoui n bisgarrd getting the goals!

I'm very confident, I can see us running out 2-0 winners Hamdaoui and Idiakez!

Wonder if Adam Bolder will make the bench at least for this game, he will surely be really up for it, against his hometown club....which his brother plays for, thopugh he's usually on the bench.

Also Hull have a player called Ryan France who used to play For Alfteton Town, who could start, and Matt Duke former Burton Keeper, but he is more likely to be on the bench.

And Hull's captain Ian Ashbee came up through the Derby youth system, but only made 1 appearance for the first team, sadly he has a serious career threatening injury so won't figure.

Derby County and Hull City are all-square when it comes to their meetings over the years.

The Rams have 15 wins to their name, so do the Tigers, and an entry of 14 in the draws column brings the total matches between the two sides to 44.

Both have histories dating back over 100 years and they first crossed paths in December 1907, a 4-1 win for Derby in the old Division Two.

Both have beaten the other 4-0, and over the years the two teams have fought out a number of high-scoring affairs.

But it is hardly a fixture to bring back many memories - indeed, Derby and Hull have met just five times since 1970.

The Rams are also yet to visit the state-of-the-art KC Stadium, where Hull moved in December 2002 having previously been at Boothferry Park.

Seems as Hamdaoui won't play, I'll say Peschi will score.

Hm, bitter defeat for you at Hull. How did your team play? Was the win for Hull deserved?

I don't know how we lost I really don't, we played really well, didn't hit the target enough after cutting them to pieces with good football, but still had 2 goals disallowed.....harshly, It was hard to take I really felt we deserved to win that one.

From hearin to the game on the radio, it seemed as if we dominated the game for virtually the whole game, i think everyone will be dissapointed with the result!!. Especially with the fact, 2 goals were disallowed
But if we can take that performance going into the next couple of games, we will get results

Certainly positives to be taken from the game, we scored again, keeping up this incredible run of scoring in every game. We're playing good football, but just lacking the end product, and when it was there that dildo of a referee had other ideas. It's a shame for Stern John if his goal had counted it might have started his Derby career, but he had a good game anyway. We could have done without Davies getting sent off though, but you can understand him having a go at the ref, after disallowing a perfectly good goal.

A mistake at the back has cost us again, a poor bass by Kenna put Edworthy in trouble, he has a little tug on the players shirt and he goes down like a stack of spuds. To be fair there first goal was superb.

So now, it´s going to be an exciting match next week. I´ll predict a draw, 2-2.

Disappointed we lost really, it seems we were unlucky again, I think we've had our fair share of bad luck this season.
