Found it in the new jerseys thread in the world football forum. Dunno what to think about it if it truely is to become our now outfit, looks rather unbalanced. I for one miss the centenary shirt, it was simply red, as a Benfica-shirt has to be, without experiments.
Ehrr whatever, I wasn't a big fan of the past two shirts as well and adopted to them.
As for the away shirt, I don't believe we'll keep the colour as it is honestly, I'd rather like a black one again, or white, for traditional reasons.

A drawing isn't exactly something to go by. Here, it looks as if the jersey come with a bullet proof vest or shield. I'm sure it'll be better on material.

Yep, that's true, it's always like this... so probably we should wait with final judgements until it's officially presented by our new star signing this summer ... hmm ... let's say Huntelaar from Ajax.

I can deal with the home design.

Tired of the boring away colors.

Black or white are always my awy preferences.

I doubt we will return to "beje" any time soon. The press was reporting a couple of months ago that next season we will be wearing pink. And this is not a joke.

Excellent! It'll go great with my designer headband.

Yes, I remember to have read this as well. Why not? Pink seems en vogue these days.

Once I made the mistake of washing my Benfica Jersey in Bleach. Jersey turned bright pink. I love wearing it at pickup games - your teammates can always pick you out of a sea of all different color jerseys.

Okay, okay, but couldn't at least Quim, Moreira and Moretto? I mean the colour fits goalkeepers:

Ha, that reminds me of my theory that teams playing in shirts of signal-colour play better together, because a shining yellow is easier to be caught by a human eye then let's say a green shirt on a green pitch (especially when a bit more distant, say you play a pass of 30 metres).

I think there's merit to that theory.

pink jerseys rule

i would like to see an away jersey in that shade of light pink, or maybe even a bit lighter

i really disliked the orange one we had once and dont fancy the beige

on the design...i like that "filled" curve on the chest and tummy but i dont quite get whats the "empty curve" opposite to it...i would rather not see it there

ps: i miss the centenary shirt too bier, classy classy

You've finally cracked the mystery as to why we have fallen to Sporting at times

I actually like the jerseys this year, and the supposidly new ones are pretty much the same. I just hate the stupid PT logo, and the away jersey should be white or black I agree

thats what u get these days, brands find it too "exhausting" creating new designs for every team they sponsor , be it clubs or NTs
