No tampons or G-strings allowed in this forum Frank. You've been disqualified as a ManC so say take the Manure fodder back to your forum.

Celtic is always a tough team, at least at home, altough they play a more british style of football that portuguese teams usually do well with. FC Copenhagen just put Ajax out of the Champions... and let's hope for a good pitch with no snow.

We were luck yes, this is the weakest group alongside the H.

Of course we can get eliminated even don't win any game but overall a great draw.

I can see us and Man Utd going through. BTW, it's pretty sad what's going on in their forum. After they found out the draw, they immediately began taunting us and saying some awful things. Oh well, that's how it always is with Portuguese-English clashes nowadays.

This game has nothing to do with England, this is about Republic of Mancunia.

And your antics last season were ****ing disgraceful and as for what happened this summer I was Portugal through and through.

England NT can go to hell.

After Milan carnificine group, this is by far the easiest group, anything less than 2nd place for Benfica is a big failure

I'm with you 100%, that Geovanni dive was just ugly, and to think that it resulted in a goal

These are Benfica's stats with the 3 teams that they will face in this seasons' group stage of the UCL:

Manchester United ENG
6G 1W 0D 5L 7-15

65/66 - Euro.Ch.Cup - 1/4 final
Man Utd vs SLB 3-2 5-1
67/68 - Euro.Ch.Cup - Final (London ENG)
Man Utd vs SLB 4-1
05/06 - Ch.League - Group stage
Man Utd vs SLB 2-1 1-2
----------------------------------------

Celtic Glasgow SCO
2G 1W 0D 1L 3-3

69/70 - Euro.Ch.Cup - 2nd Round
Celtic vs SLB 3-0 0-3 - Celtic won after coin toss

------------------------------

FC Köbenhavn DEN
never played before

I agree with Gein here. It's one of the easiest groups but it's not exactly a peach. Man Utd is stronger, Celtic are always very tough in Glasgow and FCK is not an easy team to face...although the chances of seeing snow in Copenhaguen in November are very low.

The Poms thought they'd get revenge last summer as well.

I’ve both of Manure's games in the EPL this season and they have looked good. C Ronaldo looks like he has gone up another level; he should get a nice little welcome in Lisbon though. Especially after the spitting and sticking his finger up.

Don't worry.... it only seems kinky the first time.

I think CR shouldn't have sticked his finger up to Benfica fans as no player should do that kind of stuff but we should think also why he did it. If you watched that game you should wonder why did Benfica fans insulted him and booed him every time he touched the ball. He is currently one of the best Portuguese football players and one should expect nothing but pride and enjoy watching him playing in a Portuguese pitch.

Because fans, and especially his opponents, know he reacts to taunting. He didn't disappoint, did he?

Fortunately, for us 'chop fans, seems like he's maturing enough to use the taunting as fuel to ambition rather than frustration, if the WC and his more recent matches are an indicator of things to come.

He plays for a foreign team, he's our enemy on eurocups just like any other player who plays for Inter, Bayern, Arsenal and so on...

then we can cheer for him when he plays for NT

Slim to none.
An open group with Man.U being favourites for first and Benfica for second. Both Celtic and FCK can do damage at home on the other hand.

Think I'll take the five minute walk to go and see your diving lot beaten on a couple of headers off set pieces . Michael Gravgaard and Brede Hangeland. Consider yourselves warned .
