It won't be easy to find a new owner. Cairo has mentioned that he has invested 30 million euros and I doubt that he wants to lose them, so this is probably the cost of Torino according to Cairo. It's a huge amount of money, above all if you consider that whoever buys Torino will have to spend more money in order to rebuild the club.

When Juve will build the new stadium and Toro gets relegated to Serie C, lots of Torino fans bar the ultras from the city will turn bianconeri. Bye bye Toro.

Edited a little bit.

This is real comedy. Funniest thing I've read in quite awhile.

Where are you from? Obviously outside Italy.

Sad story. Can't believe you had to go down last year.

If someone is willing to make the investment, which is by no means a given (though we have had some interested parties in the past), then I think Cairo needs to sell by all means. He is a businessman and has sunk much money into the club, but he has run this club so poorly that I would be very surprised if he got near what he invested, thought I guess from a financial standpoint he was better than football know-how.

Cairo has been doubly disappointing. When he came, he seemed so business-saavy, while at the same time fully embracing the Granata spirit and legend. I genuinely believe that his heart was always there. But in the end, he hasn't a clue how to run a football team. And can't seem let go of enough control to someone else who does. So while we had a beautiful and moving Centenary, an inspiring resurgence to the top flight and had two enjoyable years in Serie A (the third was a disaster), we've seen all that promise crash in two wasted seasons.

Extremely disappointing. This an awful environment for organizational uncertainty. But maybe this is the only way to really turn things around.

Sorry pal. Even a little editing can't save you from stupidity. Still the silliest thing I've read in a long time. Stop drinking and go to bed. You'll feel better tomorrow.

Serie B is always an awful environment though. A lot of shady stuff going on down there.

Yes, it looks like Tesoro & son are interested, but I think that 30 million euros are too much for them and honestly I smell another Cimminelli anyway.

Hard for me to still support Cairo, but I agree, I don't like the sound of Tesoro, either...

Fine, I suppose. I would gladly endure a little more mediocrity under Cairo if it means we get a capable owner in the near future.
