Azeri NT's new manager. 2014 Edition

All right boys. Now that my dear Berti has departed from the Azerbaijani national team it is time for AFFA to find someone else to take the helm as the new head coach.

Rest assured, the upcoming weeks and months will be full of wild speculations and unbased rumors. With that let's let's hope that the federation makes wise choice.

Discuss it away

I realized that I first registered on this forum 10 years ago. Too bad our NT today sucks just as much as it did back then

I have a feeling, we will get another random shmo from foreign country. Something like Rijkaard.

On other side, if it is up to me, I would put Boyukagha or Kakhaber Tskhadadze. We don't need someone fancy. We need hardworker

Boyuk-aga! I think, is good option for azeri "stars". (or maybe Kakhakber, but he is part of Inter).
Azerbaijan need hard coach, which make discipline in NT.

Good result against Norway can help Mahmud Gurbanov to gain seat until end of cycle. Following names are also rumoured by media sources:

Bernhard Lippert (Fanat.az, Azerifootball)
Milinko Pantic (Fanat.az)
Tugay Kerimoğlu (Ajansspor)
Yunis Huseynov (Azerifootball)

Qurbanov have very small experience. Very interesting experiment of AFFA. But I not believe in his longer job in NT.

Mən belə bir Conspiracy theory fikirləşdim : Neft gəlirləri azalır , ona görə də Foqts-a verməyə pul yoxdur (vəya xərcləri azaltmaq üçün).

Əvvəllər deyirdilər : bizim futbolçulara pul vermirlər -versələr super oynayarlar .. vəya bizimkilərə yaxşı məşqci versələr super oynayarlar .. Stadion yoxdur , ləvazımat yoxdur, top yoxdur, forma yoxdur ... nə bilim psixoloji hazırlıq düz deyil , həkimlər zəifdir , fiziki hazırlıq zəifdir , oyunçular siqaret çəkir ... Özümüzə bəraət qazanmaq üçün milyonlarla səbəb fikirləşirdik. Hamısı düzəldi yenə uduzuruq.

Bəlkə də sadəcə - Biz bu pox futbolu bacarmırıq

According to Azerifootball, Bosnia Rafet Susic rejected 3 mln offer from AFFA.

According to Romanian media, Mircae Rednic is also one of candidates AFFA.

Susic? lol even Berti Vogts would got Bosnia past the world cup group stages with all that talent at their disposal.

I would like to see ex-Algeria coach Vahid Halihodzic at the helm, he did a great job with Algeria. He would understand our mentality better than a Westerner and hes a very passionate/emotional motivator.

Rednic wouldn't be a bad option, but I feel like hes only a good club coach and really succeeded because he brought in alot of Romanians to Khazar, but he eventually failed to achieve anything in Euro cups

I agree with you on Halilhodzic. He would be perfect for us.

I agree, Susic is a brain fart. I wish he would have taken over your team and given the Bosnian fans some peace.

AFFA insider hinted that new coach might be from Italy and young (under 50 years old)

Nəsirovu prezident aparatında danladılar - AFFA dəyişiklik astanasında

Quote:
Millimizin Xorvatiyadakı darmadağını hələ də gündəmdən düşmür. Kimisi Foqtsun getməsi ilə razılaşıb, kimisi də günahkarların hələ də cəzalanmadığını gündəmə gətirir.

Bununla bağlı redaksiyamıza ilginc məlumat daxil olub. Məlumatda bildirilir ki, yaxın zamanlarda AFFA-da ciddi dəyişikliklər baş verəcək. Daha dəqiq desək AFFA-nın vitse-prezidenti Elşad Nəsirovun kreslosu əlindən alına bilər. Mənbənin dediklərinə inansaq son 7 ildə "almanlaşma siyasəti"nin kuratoru kimi yuxarılara hesabat verən Nəsirov töhmət alıb. Belə ki, məlum fiaskodan sonra prezident aparatına çağrılan Elşad bəydən hesabat tələb olunub. Konkret olaraq vaxtı ilə "almanlaşma siyasəti" layihəsinin yuxarlarda "dobro"sunu almaqla zəmanət verdiyi vitse-prezidentə xatırladılıb.
