New regulation: 6 legioners + 4 local players + 1 local young (in 2013/2014 was 7 + 3 local + 1 young local). Who is young player? Player, which age is less than 21 years (was born in 1994 or after)

Well, I welcome that changes.

There are news, that Sumgayit or Ravan can get relegated. I doubt that Sumgayit will go. As for Ravan, not sure, this club is one weird in terms of management. I was also wondering is Garadagh or Neftchala going to get promoted?

Xezer is very professional club. Yesterday Mustafa Denizli spoke about future of team, tomorrow was sacked!

Ravan officially relegated. Mirhuseyn Seyidov is close to exiting from Neftchi, while Marat Izmayilov is heading towards Rubin.

Khazar is either going to bring back Rednick or Oghuz Chetin.

Afran Ismayilov and Javid Huseynov booted by Pantic. Shame to see Afran like this. He squandered his talent after chasing money

I'm afraid rumours were false.

Rauf Aliyev is currently linked with Mordovia as Yuri Semin wants to see him. Semin also wants to sign Reynaldo and Ebecilio

Hafiz Mammadov is gonna reduce Baku's budget by investing more to quality rather than wasting money as he did in last decade.

FC Baku is slowly loosing their financial support and with this rate, they are gonna be team like AZAL or even might go bust. Our football never benefited from them, so can't see this as big loss.

Rahman Hajiyev can be 3rd Azeri player in Gazientep BB after Vagif Javadov and Ozkara's move.

FC Baku's future is exit from the league becoming more closer as AFFA gave them till 10th July deadline. Ravan will replace them, if they bow out. They are facing same destiny as MKT Araz and Karvan, which wasted a lot of money

They built to much to go down like that, I would be surprised. They have much better sponsor backing and history than Araz and Karvan ever had. Interesting to see how things unfold. I think they will stay but stick with youth and local players.

Pasha Sigorta is likely to sponsor Baku after Hafiz Mammadov's financial instability. Meanwhile, Pantic is gonna be replaced with new and ambitious manager, while club's budget gonna be reduced a lot.
