Whats the other clubs in amateur and regional divisions in Azerbaijan?

Unfortunately, there is not so much info as most small clubs don't have strong financial support, so clubs can be dissolved or created very quickly.

ohh,ok.but ametaur football is very important for good football in a nation.

There is a lot of amateur clubs such as Nijat Mashtaga (former premier club), Bayil Rovers, Jidir Shusha, FC Qarabag Khankendi, Dashgyn Zagatala (former club), Gomrukchu Gakh (former club), Ay-Ulduz Baku and others...

Because Karabakh is occupied so they have to play somewhere..I don't know any more about this teams, if you want more info contact Azeri Football Federation
