It's becoming a reality and we are discussing it to death in the Adnan thread so might as well have a separate topic.

This is the interview from Granit Xhaka where he discusses the possibility of a callup from a future KNT.

I really don't give a shit about the national team, as long as our leagues are given the green lights to participate in european competitions (its seems like never going to happen without being getting UN rec.). However it looks like FIFA is the only loop hole we can find to get some kind of recognition (considering they have countries in our position accepted).

****ed up world. 21 century and being denied basic right as people.

What's infuriating is that Gibraltar, not yet a full FIFA member, applied for full UEFA membership and was accepted by the UEFA Congress and can therefore compete for the Euro 2016. That tells you everything you need to know about UEFA.

Gibraltar is controlled by the British, while Kosove is not controlled by Albanians from Albania otherwise they might get accepted into Uefa and Fifa

and what makes it worse is that they have to ask Serbia for permission to play official matches

Gibraltar is not a UN member and not a FIFA member which seem to be the prerequisites for Kosova's UEFA membership, yet UEFA granted them full membership.

That might not be the case but i think they qualify through Britain being part of UN and Fifa otherwise its pretty stupid choosing sides since Kosove is in better condition to play official matches then them

For anyone suggesting that a Serb will play for KNT, this is an example of what happens to a Serb cooperating with Albanians in Kosova.

http://uk.reuters.com/article/2014/0...A0F0RZ20140116

Dimitrije Janicijevic, 35, was gunned down outside his apartment shortly after midnight, police said on Thursday. He was a member of the local Liberal Party, an ethnic Serb party that is part of Kosovo's Albanian-dominated coalition government.

On the whole Kosova NT-topic.

When Kosova's NT is accepted into UEFA and FIFA, it will be sad to see those ugly uniforms etc., but you can rest assured, that the Albanian flag will wave amongst the fans. Besa-bese will be sung along all the other songs tifozat usually sing when Kombetarja play.

The sooner we are accepted, the sooner we can merge and unite.

This is the final from the u13-kind of World Cup from this summer, where KF Gjakova won in Sweden.

You can hear people whistling at the anthem and you can see Albanian flags in the stands.

VET╦VENDOSJE!

Plako. I'm not for violence and would never condone it, but they shot a politician cos they thought he is not working in their interest. Interesting ....
Thankfully we have no such politicians cos we'd do worse. Lol.

Gibraltar has been accepted because when they applied for UEFA/FIFA back then rules where different. We are talking about 6-7 years ago if I'm not mistaken. If Kosovo would have been faster now it would have its NT, even if not a UN member.

See what he has to say about switching to Kosovo NT. Smells like rejection.

But I'll play along with the fantasies. I'll even include Maqedon players

--------------------Berisha(Lazio)------
Mustafi(Samdoria)-Cana(Lazio)-Ajeti(Basel)-Xhaka(Basel)
----------Behrami(Napoli)----Dzemaili(Napoli)---------
Shaqiri(Bayern)---Xhaka(B.Monchengladbach)---Januzaj(M.United)
--------------------Mehmedi(Freiburg)-----------------

That's a sick team. It has to be said.

That team is pretty much guaranteed a spot at the Euro 2016 since they will expand the field to 24 teams.

You don't think they could qualify for a world cup?

Defense is pretty thin and the alternatives are not high there. The midfield and its depth is excellent though.

Shaqiri-----Avdijaj-----Januzaj
-------Xhaka - Behrami-------
Lenjani - Sadiku - Ajeti - Xhaka
-----------E. Berisha

Qualifying for the World Cup is trickier as only 13 Euro teams can make it. You have teams like Turkey, Serbia, Denmark, Sweden, which I would say are on par with that lineup that didn't make it to Brazil. They could have topped our last qualifying group though.

If they are in a group similar to what he had it would be easy. If only Shaqo was playing for us we could have made it.
