same old team VS the new generation

which would you prefer in the qualification: to risk with new generation or go with the old team?
i had high hopes that we will get a coach who will get rid of some grandpas that remind me of some communists who refuse to leave their positions til they die
we got a 74 years old coach Otto Barich who is unlikely to maky any changes soon so we will get to see the old team probably again but the purpose of this thread is about forming the new generation aswell no matter who the hell is in charge of national team
first I want to make a new team just from my very own wish
PLAYERS TO DROP
Florian Myrtaj
forward, 31 years old. played in italy in last couple of seasons in serie b and now in serie c. he signed for a club which i never heard before.
im tryin to find out who the hek is his link in fshf that he has stayed for so long in nt despite beeing a garbage player.
Besnik Hasi
defender, 34 years old. pa-pa he is old he was great but his time to leave the squad has come
Altin Haxhi
defender, 31 years old. we have others to cover his position.
PLAYERS TO INVITE
Nevil Dede
he is 30 years old but from what I have seen he is best defender in the league and he can cover the absence of Besnik Hasi in central defence
Alban Dragusha
besa's defender who was a rock last season was part of the Albania B team powerfull defender who should be given a chance
others such as Curri, Bylykbashi, Vrapi, Salihi, E Xhafa were alredy invited in last match so they should all remain with the team
from these players my new Albanian team should be
BEQAJ
BEQIRI = DEDE = OSMANI = ALIJAJ
SKELA = CANA = BYLYKBASHI = MURATI
BOGDANI = TARE
sub Lika=Dallku=Curri=Kastrati=Agolli=Salihi=Vrapi=Xha faj=Lala=Jupi=Dragusha

I dont believe that we will have good results in qualification of Euro 2008 but if we want good results for next world cup defenetily we should get rid some players from the squad and start with new faces
I want to include in the list also Arber Abilalijaj he together with Bylykbashi did have fantastic season ,another that should invite is also Ansi Agolli he is young and of course Salihi who deserv more chances in the first squad
i think that for two yeras those young players will get more experince and for the qualification for the world cup they should be the key players to get us there

There will not be big changes for the qualification games, coach will probably play with same team saying that we lack quality, players out of form etc etc (same as Brigel)
Besnik Hasi should play for these qualifications, he's 34 but he plays in defence and still is better than some others in the team and more important is that there is nobody better to replace him.

After the qualifications changes should be made. Once and for all the white giant should leave.

My "new" team would be:

..............................LIKA................ ..............

.....BEQIRI......XHAFA........VRAPI.......AGOLLI.. ...

..................CANA............CURRI........... ..........
.........SKELA..........................BYLYKBASHI ......

.................BOGDANI.........SALIHI........... ........

This is our team of future, I would actually try this team starting from next friendly, I know some of these players dont have enough experience but they would get better after a year or two.

It is not necessary to play with 2 strikers especially us since we dont have much options for attack. I dont know what will Baric decide but this is aprox the team that will start in qualifications

I dont like Haxhi but its way to hard to belive that Agolli will replace him now.

I like that lineup 4-3-2-1, but in left side you have put two offensive midfielders, I dont see a chance they could play at same time.
If your formation would be in consideration than I would just replace Murati with Curri who is more of an central/defensive midfielder, this way we would have a balanced midfield with Lala-Cana-Curri and two offensive midfilders Skela-Bylykbashi.
And instead of Haxhi I would prefer Agolli or Alijaj.

I dont remember we have played a system like this before.

Depends on what players we get from abroad, if we get for eg: Fatmir Papulovic and/or Tosku and/or Hetemaj, we've got 3 new wingers.

Lika

Dallku Curri Beqiri Aliaj

Lala/Jupi Cana Agolli/Pema/Muzaka

Skela Bylykbashi/anyone else

Bogdani Salihi

Bench: Osmani, Kraja, Kapllani, etc..etc..

Papulovic ? WTF

And good that you mentioned Eleandro Pema, but he doesnt play in that position.
He is a right winger/striker.

Actually he would be decent since we dont have much choised in right side of the field.

Memelli is dong well at Brann, he gets a lot of playing time and scores. Brann is also top of the league, so he's an option if we ever need it.

Jahmir Hyka, I see making a debut near the very last matches of qualifying, he still hasn't started playing for the senior team, though he trains with the senior team.

Memelli ?! He was a mediocre player in Superliga. Dont judge him just in latest goals he scored.
Sinani and Muka are better than him

all 3 of them not NT material though.

well its great that a mediocre player in the Superliga can do so well in Norway, the best team in norway

I see Jahmir Hyka doing well though, and he will be nt material..in a year or two.

from tifozatkuqezi.com.........

Nga mbiemri nuk duket i tille, por nga emri po. Fatmir Pupalovic, nje mesfushor qe luante me amatoret e Mainz-it, ka kaluar te skuadra e pare e FSV Mainz-it, ne Bundesligen gjermane. Emri i 21-vjecarit eshte permendur pak dite me pare nga trajneri i ri i perfaqesueses shqiptare, Otto Baric, ndersa ai nenshkroi kontraten me FSHF-ne dhe u prezantua para medias shqiptare. Pupalovic ka nenshkruar nje kontrate njevjecare, ndersa ka pasaporten gjermane.
