New Coach: Otto Baric

Well we have a thread to say goodbye to Brigel, but this one is to welcome the new coach no matter who will be signed.

As Armand Duka have said: "...our new coach will be someone known, better than Brigel", since than we have seen in media lots of names, including: Dino Zoff, Nevio Scala, Leroy and lately Alberto Zacheroni !

So who do you prefer

I am a big fan of Carlo Mazzone, but I doubt he wants to coach Albania now.

What happens to Roos?

Is he linked with Briegel or??

If he isn't I would say get an albanian assistant coach.

About the options you mentioned I would prefer Dino Zoff.
Taking Italy to Euro final isn't bad.:smileani:

All these big names, but when one of them does really come, will we see a difference?

Who knows really, we'll have to wait and see. My thinking thus far is, with the new players we're getting and developing we can beat anyone in the group (except maybe the netherlands). Romania and Bulgaria are well within our reach to get a result.

The new coach will have his hands full, I can tell you that. It will take him a month or two just to familiarize himself with who the players are. The seasons will be over almost everywhere by the time he gets signed so he will not be able to go to other countries and scout the players and see how they play first hand. It's bad guys.

President of FSHF, Armand Duka told the media that we'll have to wait until next week for more details about the coach, nothing is decided.

He also gave the names:
- Uwe Rapolder
- Berti Vogst
- Andrea Brehme
- Eduard Lienen
- Horst Hrubech
- Claude Leroy
- Alexander Jenei
- Oto Baric
- Alberto Zacheroni

FSHF is in contact with these coaches and will negotiate about the contract.

I think that the best alternative is Claude Leroy !

Very experimented coach who don't ask a lot of money ... He actually earns 300.000 €/ year with DR Congo !

Id start excluding some from that list, first Andreas Brehme
Reason:
Quote:
He managed the 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 2000 to 2002, when he was dismissed because his team was in danger of being relegated. He then managed 2. Bundesliga club SpVgg Unterhaching, but was released there in April 2005, again because the club was in danger of being relegated. He is now assistant coach along with Giovanni Trapattoni for VfB Stuttgart

Beckenbauer is looking to coach again I think, but after the WC, and most likely will come to the Red Bull in MLS in the US.

Takimi ka qenė thjesht miqėsor...Sipas njėshit tė federatės Shqiptare tė Futbollit, trajneri i ri do tė caktohet brenda 10 ditėve pasi Duka tė bėjė njė sondazh bisedimesh me kandidatėt e tjerė
