Elections in Israel

Not a big surprise here. These are the estimated results according to TV exit polls:

Kadima 29-31 seats.
Labor - 20-22 seats
Likud 12-14 seats
Yisrael Beitenu (Russian immigrants) 12-14
and one small surprise, the pensioner's party with 6-8 seats. lol.

Things will be so much easier for Kadima now, I'm just happy to see Likud crashed big time again. Personally my vote went with the labor party but at least it looks like the next government will be much more towards the left then the right...

"Stop and stare...I think I'm moving but I go nowhere...."

- Israeli Double Winners! League and State Cup Winners 2007/2008!

- 2006/2007 League Champions!

I thought you were all immigrants, one way or the other.

Don't lament the treachery of time;
long have dogs danced over the carcasses of lions.

Don't suppose that their dancing raises them above their masters;
for dogs remain dogs, and lions remain lions.

Insult me as you wish;
For my silence to the depraved is a response.

It's not that I have no response, but;
A lion does not reply to a dog.

Actually I had just noticed the thread now p

The best I got at what, dissing your people? I wasn't trying to do that. Just merely pointing out the truth.

Anyway, best of luck. Hope it works out well for "Israelis" and Palestinians alike.
